second time i stayed there- second time there was no hot water in the evening...No way I am coming back to that hotel ever again ...Nobody changes the towels after one week of our stay..IF you have any problems or you need something the staff will not help you after 9 pm...because nobody usually there...

Proximity to ski lifts. Megeve village has plenty of bars and restaurants, especially compared to St Gervais.

Not great value for money.

Size of ensuite Toilet so close to wall could not sit on it. When asked for change told no rooms available , if changed hotels would have to pay for this one Quality of breakfast

We really liked the comfort of the hotel the sitting room with the open fire ,the fact that its family run very nice and accommodating staff . Nicely cooked meals by the owner who's a chef and his lovely charming wife .

If you want to be close to the town this is not the hotel for you .

I liked the location which has pros and cons. It is outside the city center and a 15 min walk from it, but it is quiet, has free parking and rooms with a view. The hotel is small, very well kept and decorated with much attention to detail.

Wonderful, relaxing and homey atmosphere! Perfect blend of B&B meets hotel convenience. Lovely owners were very accommodating! The room was very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked. The breakfast was a treat! Everything about this hotel is an excellent value for the money and the location. Thank you Terrass Park Hotel!

.the hotel is a cute intimate hotel the rooms are nicely decorated.the bathroom is too basic.the berakfast is overpriced.better to eat out There isn't much choice at breakfast and if you stay for a few nights it becomes boring. The owners are very nice and you get the feeling of being in a family like residence. the hotel is situated a bit far from the centre . it takes 15 minutes walk so if the weather is nice you can enjoy it.

Provided great views and easy access to the Chamoix-Mt. Blanc region.

The owners, Delphina and Oliver, are exceptional people and make you feel so welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean with a balcony that overlooks the beautiful mountains and surrounding countryside. The room was small, but included all the amenities required for an excellent stay. We loved the town and had a wonderful meal at a Michelin 2012 Restaurant. There is a McDonald's within one half bile that provides excellent Wi-Fi service, since the hotels is not the best.

We did not receive Wi-Fi signals in our room.

Absolutely terrible wi-fi connection which work only on reception desk, very cold rooms and especially floor, poor breakfast, no restaraunts close to hotel (only McDonalds), far from the center of the city, no bar or restaraunts in hotel in no season of ski.

Very nice location and wonderful mountain view from the rooms with balcony facing the south. Friendly owners, simple but friendly and comfortable hotel and rooms located just 10mn away by feet from the city centre and the sport and cultural centre (ice skating. Swimming pool, library, exhibition...). The hotel very calm and well located in Megeve. Free parking in front of the hotel. A small nice cosy hotel to remember.

It would be better if they would use braid or quilt with quilt cover rather than sheet and blanket which we don't like and is not very hygienic.

был очень стойкий и неприятный запах в комнате, который не выветривался даже при открытой 24 часа двери на балкон, малюсенькая душевая комната в которую можно было войти только боком с грязными черными пятнами межлу плитками кафеля, бедный завтрак, чтобы пользоваться обещанным безпроводным интернетом нужно было находиться (стоять, сесть было негде)только в определенном месте рядом со стойкой регистрации, так как ни в каком другом месте он не работал, беднейший завтрак, неприветливые хозяева, сломаная неработающая сауна. вообщем ни о каких 3 звездах даже и речи не может идти. до въезда в эту гостиницу провела 4 ночи в двухзвездочной гостинице в межеве, дешевле и на порядок лучше по всем параметрам!!!!

le personnel très accueillant et sympathique la décoration de la chambre style chalet de montagne et la belle salle de bain le propreté, les bons repas du soir et petits déjeuners.

Excellent établissement avec un personnel accueillant et serviable. Je le recommande fortement.

Les qualités humaines des responsables de l'établissement et la chaleur du lieu... Ambiance familliale comme dans un cocon.

Lors de la réservation avec booking.com nous avons réservé et retenu la chambre pour 119,06 € par nuit, mais sur place on nous a fait payer 150 €/ nuit... Compte tenu que nous avions 2 chambres et 7 nuits nous avons payé 30€ x 14 (nuits) soit 420€ de plus que prevu ... grosse deception !! impression d'avoir été pris pour des pigeons ... merci de votre retour a ce sujet

A atenção por parte do staff foi excelente. O hotel é um pequeno chalet muito confortável e situado não muito longe do centro de Megéve.

As casas de banho podiam ser um bocadinho melhores.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la grande gentillesse des patrons et leur disponibilité. Nous avons aimé aussi le décor chaleureux, le feu dans la cheminée durant la soirée et le dîner.

Det var fine værelser til prisen. Betjeningen var meget venlig

Hvis man ikke har bil, er det lidt besværligt at komme til byen og lifterne.
