brilliant location, breathtaking views, good size rooms and a warm welcome on arrival. It ticked all the boxes and we would happily rebook and highly recommend to friends and family |

We enjoyed the spectacular views, the helpfulness of the staff and the true sense of luxury we experienced during our stay. |

The View and pool were amazinf No link with any public transport and as comuting to Monaco for business the Taxi Fares were very expensisve. Small mini bus to the local train station hourly would make this a much better Hotel. |

I did not like the fact that although it says it's only 3,9 km from Monaco, it's actually 15. |

Early in the week it was much quieter and the pool, bar and restaurant areas were lovely, the pool in particular. But there are many more rooms than spaces round the pool and it soon got very busy Thursday, Friday Saturday. The staff on the whole were good, the area is wonderful and it is a nice enough hotel. Simply put the hotel has not been well maintained. The rooms, pool restaurant, bar are all nice and clean and well kept daily, but I felt the grounds and plants were a major let down. Gardens planted probably when the hotel was built are now awful. The lack of simple maintenance was embarrassing, for example the pool area has a planter that had not been watered so it simply boasted brown dead plants! The tennis courts were over grown and clearly seldom used, but above all this the worst thing I found was the uneven patio and walkway areas, particularly our balcony that had many uneven and two badly broken paving stones, this was the same around all walkways. |

We arrived after midnight, having phoned to let the hotel know we were running late. The receptionist, who had a constant smile, couldn't have been more helpful. Our regret is that arriving so late and being tired we slept in the next day and did not take advantage of the wonderful looking swimming pool. |

The view was superb but we thought the breakfast was expensive for what is was, €20 each. The pool was lovely but too small for 70 to 80 guests. Sun loungers were hard to get unless we got there very early to claim them. Rooms are a bit dated now. The distance to anywhere, pool, car park from our room on the 4th floor was too far, involving 2 lifts to get up to the top car park. Difficult to park at times. And no facilities for hot drinks in the room. Room service was too expensive for cups of tea. |

Not very fare from Eze’s old town. Beautiful view. Especially from the pool!!! Very quiet place. Some renewal is needed for the rooms and for building. Very expansive breakfast. No privacy on the room’s terrace. It is shared to the neighbors. |

The views were stunning from this hotel, very relaxing laying by the pool and great pool staff, very friendly. I thought the rooms decor was very old and weary looking for a 4 star hotel that was costly. Definitely needs updating and not recommended for travellers without rental cars. |

The outstanding view, the large terraces off the room, the infinity pool which appears to dip straight into the Meditteranean & the whole setting. The airconditioning didn't work on the first night & I spent an uncomfortable first night as the daily temperature was in excess of 30 degrees. The hotel were slow to react & no compensation was offered. |

Great location. Magnificent view. Eze and this hotel is a tourist trap. The best idea is to drive there, make a pictures and escape. Restaurant in hotel is too expensive and small value for money. Other dinner choices are: 1) expensive poor tourist's food in Eze, 2) driving to Nice. Finally you choose hotel restaurant but you're not happy. Tourist trap :( We ask for glass to the room. It took about 2 hours and I have to speak to 4 persons and tell my story form beginning each time. The thousand of black caterpillars hanging at the ceiling on the terasse. You can't use it. I will never stay in the hotel again. |

Only the swimming pool and one friendly staff member. It was poorly maintained, some staff were rude, the exterminators spraying toxic chemicals didn't help us sleep well at all! And it the food prices were extortionate in relation to the quality. |
