Eza Vista is located just inside the medieval village of Eze between Nice and Monaco. This Eco-friendly residence has an outdoor pool surrounded by a furnished terrace with a mountain and sea views.
Score from 573 reviews Good 7.4/10
Located on Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula, Hotel la Villa Cap Ferrat is a 5-minute walk from the sea and the harbour.

The hotel enjoys a unique location facing the marina of Beaulieu-sur-Mer. You will be welcomed in a warm atmosphere.
Score from 227 reviews Good 7.7/10
- Amazing view - Perfect if you come by car: free parking, 3 min the Castle in Eze and all village restaurants, 10 min to Nice - Very nice staff - Clean and comfortable - Good internet connection
- Breakfast is not included and prices at the hotel restaurant are high
The old 70's style of the hotel. Poorly finished and furnished... Very very old!!!!
Mouldy smell outside the room in the corridoor, need a facelift.
I read reviews before I booked this hotel that said it's a difficult drive up from Monaco and hard to find (or very expensive cab ride) and all true. But the expansive outdoor terrace for dining with magnificent views of Mediterranean and Monaco is great and each room has it's own terrace as well. The few meals we had there were excellent and the staff were nice and friendly.
Altho we had a huge, 2-room suite, the decor is very tired as the rug and furniture looked dirty/discolored and the bedding was unfortunate...thin, inferior sheets, cheap foam pillows and dark striped, blackout curtains on sliding doors that didn't hang right and brought the ambiance down even further. Small, old tv's on modern white laminate dressers (that would look much better in more upbeat surroundings) and barely a picture on the walls. This hotel could so easily be a super find if someone creatively focused on upgrading the decor and bedding of their rooms they desperately need to do. Also, rather scary, narrow, circular, covered driving entrance down multiple stories to their parking lot but if their rooms were far more attractive and welcoming, it would all be well worth the trouble. Town of Eze is not quite walking distance, but well worth the short drive there.....
breakfast good...staff pretty helpful
rooms long overdue refurbishment - balcony area dirty and run down.
- Cost of taxis to/from Monaco was outrageous at €50 - Room phone was missing part of its facia so could not see how do dial functions in hotel - No duvet, just sheets - Very old design and furnishings, in need of a major face lift / decoration
The view was stunning.
There seemed to be a sense that the hotel didn't really care about the visitors. The menu was the same for lunch and dinner & often we were told about many items not being available. Some staff were quite rude, openly talking about guests & only being interested in tuning the TV into their favourite station. Some waiters were seen taking rolls and pints of beer through the resturant and openly eating and drinking whilst supposedly on duty. It seemed that the owner was only interested in talking to certain people, never once saying Good morning to others. Looked as though, he has plans for some kind of works which would be great as the general look of the hotel is dated and unkempt. The lift didn't work for days and we couldn't get out! We then had to get a taxi to go just down the road and we felt a coffee on the house for being let down would have gone some way. The bill at the end was wrong and we had to spend about half an hour going through it. We felt sorry for some of the staff as they really were good whilst others just didn't seem to care at all.
The view was wonderful and the infinity pool overlooking the med, A*! Was very good to base yourself here and travel to other locations along the coast
Needs a face lift. Paint work, gardens etc. Run with skeleton staff who did their best to make our stay pleasant.
Very well located, both Monte Carlo and Nice is within a convenient drive and Eze itself is one of the best attractions of the area. The hotel view is very nice, the pictures speak for themselves. Our room was clean and well equipped, staff is thoughtful and speaking good English. Regarding the negative notes on the aged furtnitures and interior...fair enough: some parts of the hotel might need a refurbishment in a few years, but currently nothing pressing at all (at least nothing we have seen) We have been to a couple of 4 stars, i think this is still on the mid-high end, and for this price represents a good value.
Restaurant and bar is a bit pricey - although seems to be popular for lunch.
The hotel is of a very poor standard. The room was damp and although we requested a change of room this was not available. The common areas are unclean and "tired" . Given the price of the rooms the hotel should provide better facilities. I would not return.
The hotel is completely old and not clean Staff and service poor Bad smell Definitely the stars should be reviewed
view & bool :)
no wifi @ -5th floor
Location , pool
Room service quality poor. There was a private party that took over the place for the weekend as such service was dominated by the group. Ie the pool was closed early as there was party, children of the party running everywhere even behind the bar, people at the party parked in two car spots. It made us feel quite unwelcome and that we were subsidizing their stay. Also the Wifi did not work
Hotel has a great location and view. Restaurant is very good and it is great to sit outside for dinner. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is also very good. Pool has a great view.
The gym and the pool only have a very limited opening period and it makes it almost impossible to use the gym. The pool is even closed before 9:00. Not very good.
The hotel's location certainly is an exclusive. And if you are ready pay just for view you can go :)
For many many years, this was certainly a very great,i would say - the excelent hotel. Unfortunately, the previous brightness is left here only produce great sea views, particularly from the pool. The hotel definetily needs investment so that it could really be called ****,because I would give no more ***.
Air condition had a Problem, Wireless Internet had Problems, the hotel is old, in the corridor ot smelled like some toilet was broken, the hotel needs renovation some time soon.
Amazing view, nice pool, friendly staff, good room, free wifi in the lobby & at the pool
Extremely hot in the room, a/c doesn't help much as it seems fixed at 24,5 degrees or so, no wifi in the room
Views, helpful staff, room clean and bed comfy, lovely swimming pool and views from restaurant.
Decor a bit tired in the corridors, old room service tray left in corridor for over a day - ugh. Overall wouldn't put me off going again.
Location of the Hotel with great VIEW on the sea. Friendly personel and free WIFI.
Rooms were relatively old and need an update to be more aligned with the 2013 expectations acc to me.
Pool and fitness room were very good
I had expected the view to have been better, they should trim the trees and shrubs WiFi did not work in room Hotel could do with and upgrade, facility is rather worn
Amazing views from every room and an amazing pool. Very close to the idyllic village of eze
Everything. The staff were friendly and nice, the hotel and swimming pool were amazing, the views were incredible and there was even a fridge in the room and separate towels provided for the pool. Our room had a terrace with a view of the sea which was amazing.
You definately need a car. No pavements on the narrow roads. Traffic races around the steep blind corners and bends. No streetlighting at night. Too dangerous to walk into the old town and a bit too far. There was a Doberman Dog behind a very low fence guarding the site next door. Worrying.
The balcony onto the sea
Little value for money. Not even complimentary tea/coffee in the room. Expensive and a little shabby. Corridor smells damp and musty. Room was not ready when we arrived in the evening. Servicing of room was poor.
The view is superb.
