The location was fabulous and the pool was great after a day of much walking. Also the easy internet access came in very handy. The staff were friendly & willing to offer suggestions on restaurants & attractions. The shower could have had a better curtain ... it was difficult to keep the water from leaking out at the bottom of the shower enclosure. |

Its proximity to the Opera house. Absence of fridge with drinks in the room. |

Staff were helpful with check-in, check-out and several requests for assistance. Excellent location for restaurants, shopping and the old town. The room was kept nice and clean. The air conditioner did not work and the room was warm. |

Very friendly staff, nice, if small, room and excellent location. The stairs and alleys were a bit small and the lift only suitable for 2 people with luggage. |

Location was excellent. Didn't have breakfast, seemed expensive. Plenty of cafes close by. Great little supermarket across the road. The lift, was tiny but at least it had one. |

We chose this hotel because it advertised a swimming pool and a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The swimming 'pool' was tiny (less than 10 m at the longest point), only available 14.00-23.00. The hotel do not provide a shuttle and the staff were quite off-hand, if not rude, when the deficiencies in their advertising and information provided were highlighted. I |

The individuality and character of the hotel, and the attentiveness of the staff. Well done. A nice stay. My room was a little dark. |

We were upgraded, and had lovely double rooms. The hotel is in a wonderful location for exploring Lyon. It is well-decorated with attention to detail and a nice atmosphere. Staff are very helpful and efficient. Breakfast is a bit expensive. |

The location is perfect. The room I had was clean, comfortable and above all quiet. Very relaxing. The air conditioning was very good and easy to use. The lift is tiny and was not working on one of the days I was there. As I was on the top floor this was not an easy climb for me and would be very difficult for elderly guests. The reception was covered by only 1 person so they were unable to assist anyone, for instance I had to collect my clean laundry from reception as the receptionist could not leave their post. |

Central city location. Good breakfast. Reasonably clean. Hotel staff accommodating in letting us park overnight in front of hotel, but see comment below. Hot room; no air conditioning; small window; lots of steps up and down the corridors; difficult for luggage and small children; very small lift. Our room was badly ventilated, particularly the bathroom which smelled musty. Parking for any car over 1.8m in height not available in central Lyon! A was unable to enter any parking space with a vw Golf with a roof box! |

Beautiful hotel, terrific location It was our honeymoon, and despite telling them this, on the first night they put us in one of the rooms without air conditioning (they're in the process of putting it in to all the rooms). It was 30 degrees even at midnight, so it was ridiculously hot in the room. They did move us the next day though. |

the room was very nicely decorated and the hotel was attractive and well located in the city. The bathroom was large (we paid extra for this). The room we had was not air conditioned - although they were working on installing air con in the hotel at the time of our stay. The pool was not heated as per their description, and the roof of the pool was low and a hazard as I hit my head quite hard! There are also stairs within the floors which makes transporting large luggage difficult (no porters). |
