Room quite large. Free use of spa centre (Spa was small) but pool was quite nice and saunas & Marins room.Bike hire was quite good 13.50 euros whole day Roosters next door in the morning! & very firm bed.

Au calme sur l'ile de Ré Afin d'avoir l 'accès a la piscine il faut compter 15 € par personne. Je trouve cela un peu cher!!! Le personnel a l'accueil pas très sympa.

rapport qualité/prix intéressant dû à une promotion. Le calme, l'espace chambre,l'accès facile à l'espace détente,le parking et son accès rapide à l'établisssement, proximité avec la plage. les toilettes dans la salle de bain, très désagréable!! La douche sans rideau ou paroie=salle de bain inondée, le ménage de la chambre à 17h, un peu tard et dérangeant, la piscine d'eau de mer annoncée à 37° et plutôt près des 22°, une tenue vestimentaire adaptée pour le petit dej. serait un+, voir arriver des groupes en paignoires blancs! on est pas au sanatorium!

Très bien le studio pour 4, bien pratique avec la mezzanine séparée quand on a un ado et aussi le coin cuisine pour le pdj. Déception à l'arrivée, l'accès à la piscine d'eau de mer n'est plus incluse dans le prix de la chambre depuis janvier 2012. C'était le point fort de cet hôtel et la raison pour laquelle nous étions revenus. Le soucis c'est qu'à 15€ la 1/2 journée par personne, çà devient luxueux d'aller prendre un bain, surtout qu'on n'y reste rarement plus d'1 heure car ce n'est pas non plus Aqualand !

L'établissement est spacieux, de l'acceuil, à la salle de restauration, ainsi que le bar,et les chambres. L'extérieur est soigné et agréable. Surtout les discutions des femmes de ménages dans les couloirs qui ménent aux chambres. D'autant que ma chambre était juste en face du local des femmes de ménages. Certaines chambres sont trés éloignées de la partie thalasso.

La situation géographique sur ile de ré , très proche de la mer Seule la piscine intérieure était ouverte (la piscine extérieure ne l'était pas): elle est un peu petite vu la capacité d'accueil en nombre de personnes; idem pour la salle de sport

L'accès au spa, piscine eau de mer à 32°C trop bien. Le restaurant, belles et bonnes assiettes, bon rapport qualité/prix. Manque de luminosité dans la chambre, rideaux trop courts, réglages du chauffage difficile et mini-bar vide !!

“The staff were excellent particularly Isabella the lady in charge. Breakfast was from 8am -10.30 every day and when she discovered that we were leaving for the airport by taxi at 8am Isabella told us the night before that she would arrive early so that we could have breakfast; she arrived at 7am !! Nothing was too much trouble for this lady. The complex was very small but very well laid out.
