In front of the hotel you had the possibility of hiring bikes. Towels were changed every day and had a good quality. Floor in the room was only cleaned after complaining. Shower gel was replaced upon request only. The dining room and other facilities have the charme of a waiting hall in a station. The breakfast was always the same. No service (drinks and so on) from 10.oo A.M. until 16.oo P.M. Swimming pool crowded with children. Bed-linnen was changed once in 10 days.

The locality of the hotel is good ,beach very quiet all year round and only 5 mins away, have visited the same hotel 4 times and have enjoyed every stay. The Spa facilities are good and clean . Well worth a visit. Room could have been cleaner especially under the bed !!

We will not stay again All able bodied guests appeared embarassed for the elderly patients having treatment in the pool during a daily period for all to swim The patients were being assisted by staff and the whole experience for them must have been humiliating They were in some cases severely disabled it was very inconsiderate to mix the two types of clients The patients deserves more respect The pool is small and the space for both careres patients and swimmers was rediculous We felt that we were in the minority of full tarrif clients The majority of the customers appeared to be there for the Cure? Our holiday felt like it was being spent in a medical enviroment We have stayed with this group before but will now reconsider using them again a hotel cant be all things to all men Its either a rehibilitation centre or a hotel We were so disapointed we had awaited this brek for a long time and it was ruined by insensativity

Room quite large. Free use of spa centre (Spa was small) but pool was quite nice and saunas & Marins room.Bike hire was quite good 13.50 euros whole day Roosters next door in the morning! & very firm bed.

The use of the spa. It was busy, but not too busy. We only stayed one night but had use of the spa from when we arrived in the afternoon until we left at lunchtime the next day. Restaurant was on the expensive side.

Bon accueil et prestations thalasso attrayantes. Notre duplex avait un déco un peu vieillotte qui aurait besoin d'être un peu rafraîchie. De plus la fenêtre donnait sur un parking et pas sur leur joli jardin, dommage!

Situation sur l'ile Arrivé a 2h matin ( nous avions prévenu ! ) nous n'avions pas de chambre soit disant réservée ! on nous a fait attendre 45mn alors qu'il y avait plein de chambre dispo !! nous avons du même prouvé avec notre pc la réservation que nous avions effectuée ( le gardien ne nous croyais pas ) Chambre très sommaire ! ne vaut pas le prix demandé ! le spa est assez " curiste pour les personnes agées " pas très attirant Trop cher pour les prestations offerte

L'établissement est spacieux, de l'acceuil, à la salle de restauration, ainsi que le bar,et les chambres. L'extérieur est soigné et agréable. Surtout les discutions des femmes de ménages dans les couloirs qui ménent aux chambres. D'autant que ma chambre était juste en face du local des femmes de ménages. Certaines chambres sont trés éloignées de la partie thalasso.

êTre au bord de l'eau La chambre pas rafiné niveau ménage et on voit le jour sous les portes de plus la piscine extérieur remplis de feuille et sable le jardin pas tondu et la vaiselle du petit déjeuné tout ébréché de quoi se couper dans les ramequins et les cafetières cassés !!! Pas spectaculaire pour une talasso...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car nous recherchions sur l'ile de ré, une promotion était proposée par booking.com. Cela nous a permis de connaitre l'hôtel dans lequel nous retournerions avec plaisir même sans offre car le rapport qualité prix, même à plein tarif, est excellent.

l'accès gratuit à l'espace forme, le calme des chambres nous n'avons pu diner à l'hôtel car le service du soir était déjà prévu pour 160 personnes ; pour 2 de plus, ils auraient pu faire un effort...TV dans la chambre beaucoup trop petite.....

Appartement propre agréable, calme et confortable (Salle de bain et cabinet de toilette avec douche) équipement complet accès aux équipements thalasso Batiment et équipements y compris espace thalasso d'un niveau de qualité médiocre (équipements bas de gamme, chauffage non réglable, piscine très petite..) appartement un peu sombre
