Great location - fantastic views. Breakfast good selection. Pools adequate. Great location to go and explore Banyuls on foot - beware its a bit of a hike without a car. The private beach just below the hotle was beautiful and quiet. Excellent for snorkelling No air con - rooms were like mini ovens. Hotel looking in need of a revamp. But for a three night stay it was OK |

The view was stunning of the bay and town.. The staff was very helpful..Had a lovely restful stay in this little piece of heaven in France.... Be aware your on top of hill overlooking the town there is two ways down ..one is the very steep 140 steps to the town. Well lit at night but a killer in the heat of the day.. .the other is the main rd just keep to the path where there is one they fly around the corners in there modes of transport ...It easy on the legs..But there is transport at certain times down from the hotel to the town centre from the end of the lane to the front door by reception..just ask the staff they will give you a leaflet with the times on.. |

The location is good with lovely views from the room, The Receptionist was friendly and informative and deserves a special mention. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The car parking is poor although we later discovered the top car park which was not sign posted. The building looks a little 'tired'. |

The surrounding, the view was fantastic The hotel is not the name I would give to this place. it is a Thalasso business. The rooms were clean but old. have feeling to be in hospital rather than a hotel |

todo muy normal. Teníamos encargados dos masajes con antelación a nuestra llegada, después de haberlo solicitado varias veces por correo electrónico solo nos dijeron que los masajes eran posibles, pero nunca nos indicaron la hora de los mismos. Simplemente nos recomendaron llegar a las 14h 45m sin decirnos el motivo. Llegamos a la hora indicada, no tenían la habitación disponible, un masaje era a las 15 h y el otro a las 15h30m. Nos hicieron pagar habitación y masajes por adelantado sin entregarnos la habitación, los masajes eran de una hora, y duraron alrededor de 40 minutos. Tuvimos que andar con las maletas mientras duro el masaje, al terminar el primero se tuvo que insistir para que entregaran la habitación. A esto le llamamos estrés y no relax. |

Le forfait bien-être avec le prêt peignoir sandales qui compense la vétusté du site J'ai séjourné dans cet hotel il y a une douzaine d'années, et aucun entretien n'a été effectué, l'hotel est dépassé et ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. L'équipement a été réduit : plus de frigo dans la chambre, un simple ventilateur quand tous les hotels s'équipent de la climatisation.l'hotel propose une navette vers le centre ville, mais la dernière est à 15h15. Le comble : la femme de ménage a refait la chambre vers 11 heures, alors que nous occupions encore, nous l'avons signalé à la réception qui était surprise |

Le plus appréciable a été la découverte du sauna, hammam et l'accés à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre était correct. La propreté n'était pas au top. Et les lieux manque d'entretien, surtout au niveau de la piscine. |

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel du spa: de l'accueil aux masseuses. 1 L'hôtel commence à porter le poids des années. Le matériel n'est pas de première jeunesse. 2 Le petit déjeuner ne comporte pas de référence à une alimentation diététique.... 3 Le parking est exigu, difficile d'accès et ne comporte pas suffisamment de places. 4 Le personnel du restaurant n'anticipant pas sur les besoins de la clientèle. |

l'entretien et la propreté de cet hotel sont plus que vétuste. les piscines sont minuscules et sales, idem pour le sauna et hammam et jacuzzi. Les douches sont moisies. |
