beds were comfortable Reception staff were good at check-in. Concierge staff make a very good effort waited 15 minutes for valet to get my car, while other guests were more important. during this time, one valet was loading another guests car, another was told by the reception to take bags to a room, although I had pointed out that I had been waiting for my car for a long time. food was extortionately expensive. breakfast quickly became boring. room service most expensive, and most limited I have ever come across. we once tried to have lunch at the hotel, but despite asking the restaurant hostess to point out to the staff that we had been at our table for a long time, with no service, we eventually just left, having not had our order taken, and run out of time in our schedule. |

Overall the service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms is second to none. I have stayed at this hotel before and will do again - I look forward to it. For some reason this time, the breakfast service was poor. The staff were 'distant' and seemed to be falling out amongst themselves. On one day, we didn't get our coffee for about 20 minutes and on another, the restaurant ran out of plates, so people were putting bread, cooked breakfast etc in a cereal bowl. There seemed to be no urgency, nor desire to provide a good service. This was a pity and contrary to every other service in the hotel. |

Nous avons profité de la piscine extérieure à l'eau de mer chauffée. C'était le point fort de notre séjour. Nous avons également vraiment apprécié le petit déjeuner pantagruélique. La qualité de la literie est exceptionnelle. L'amplitude horaire des petits déjeuners le dimanche est un peu juste. |

de pouvoir allier sejour de thalasso et beauté avec les promenades sur les bords de mer, la proximité de la ville avec magasins de qualité et le casino. Très bon restaurant avec menu allégé pour celui qui le souhaite. |
