The hotel has either heating or air conditioning - not both. When we stayed in very warm late september, the air con was off, making the room v uncomfortable. With the window open, it was noisy. Not good enough for this price. The breakfast was an outrageous 21 euros - we had ours for 4.50 in a cafe 5 minutes away. |

grand confort;accés facile au spa tres beau et agreable sejour mais... bruit de la circulation ;chambres surchauffées sans possibilité d'y remedier;manque d'ouverture et de renseignements sur la ville ;car nous sommes dans une ville ...pour que l'ensemble soit parfait |

Excellent, piano Bar avec un dj en live (set de musique électronique); Restaurant Gastronomique n3 Excellent Le spa de l'hotel nous semblent un peu vétuste (Sauna, hamam et jacuzzi). Il est dit dans les prospectus, nous citons "Le Vichy Thermal spa les Célestins est un des spa les plus prestigieux d'Europe". Cela était peut être vrai il y a une dizaine d'année, mais à notre avis ce n'est plus le cas. |

Nous avons apprécié la qualité du Spa , la propreté de la chambre et le confort de la littrie.Exellente qualité des repas de la brasserie . Le petit déjeuner est trop onéreux .21 € c'est trop . En Allemagne cela est toujours compris dans la chambre . Chambres bruyantes jusqu'au sixième étage devant la rue .Impossible de laisser une fenêtre ouverte . |

Beaucoup de confort et d'équipement vraiment utiles pour se reposer plus une cuisine inventive au gastronomique ou au bistrot nous ont permis de ne pas chercher ailleurs et sortir Rien à dire au sujet de l'hotel hormis que c'était parfait seulement sur le restaurant gastro qui nous a "infligé" un supplément hors de propos sur un plat changé dans notre menu . Je n'ai pas vérifié en sortant du restaurant et j'ai réglé la note totale en faisant remarquer au réceptionniste que cà n'était pas bien . |

Hotelmitarbeiter Zimmerservice sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen und gut. Hotelmitarbeiter an der Rezeption unakzeptabel. Wenn man auf die Rezeption zusteuert drehen sie sich um und laufen weg. Habe die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter zumeißt von hinten gesehen! |
