Private Apartment - Coeur de Paris - Place Des Vosges

The appt is situated in a really nice and safe part of Paris, near the beautiful Place des Vosges, bars and shops (shoes!). It's not huge, but we fitted in nicely (2 adults and 2 children) and everything was clean and new. The host was very kind and helpful.

The apartment we stayed in was newly renovated with nice farrow & ball colors and is in a very good location close to Place des Vosges and around the corner from the Bofinger Brasserie and merci shop. Making the appointment, getting the key and handing the appartment back was easy and without any trouble. I would stay here again anytime.

This is a private studio apartment in a typical Parisian block close to place de Bastille. It was recently painted, well equipped and has generally new furniture and linnens. Almost the entire setup is in 'modern greys' from ikea. The appartement is on the second floor (3rd if you are american), with a very small elevator. The windows face an inner courtyard that is is free of traffic, but also of sunlight. Good wireless internet is included as is a nice big hd tv with many cable channels.

The studio apartment is very small and definitely looks better and bigger in the pictures than in reality. The 'bedroom' is basically just a room divisor, and there is no space walk around the bed. You will be disappointed if you were hoping to get something bigger than a hotel room. The bathroom is tiny and poorly ventilated. The cleanliness was sub-par. The courtyard can be noisy if the neighbors have a party. Overall, this is overpriced given the value.

The location is great, close to everything.

The rooms are small as expected. They didn’t have enough supplies. We ran out of paper towel and toilet paper and had to buy some. The first day there was construction next door and woke us up at 7:30 AM. The show was horrible, it didn’t drain and we had to stand in dirty water. It was very small and even one person can hardly move around. The guys are nice, but offeed no helpful information, just handed the key and left. They didn’t do anything about the shower or other issues.
