cozy atmosphere, very friendly place
Exceptional quality of the staff, has a fantastic terrace in the interior yard, free access to computers, good prices at the bar and overall the atmosphere is excellent.
Wi-fi in the second floor rooms is very poor.
the staff was quite helpful. a decent clean hostel situated in a fairy quite area and little off from the major sightseeing places but easily accessible by metro.
no wifi in the rooms. the connection is very poor..the hotel in general is quite small ..the bathrooms too are very small. if you miss the last late night metro then a cab could prove very costly.
The building style, the included breakfast.
The lack of details generaly speaking. For instance no lamps to read in his bed nor plugs to recharge/use our devices in the bed. No shower gel provided in the shower, a bit greedy for the price.. No barrier on the side of the bed, don't move to much during your sleep or you will fall down..
Very good Hostel. Anja and Gonzalo are great. They do a lot of things to help me when i need it. Specially Anja. She is very sweet.
Very good location, 5mins walking from Breville metro station so you can easily reach the city centre. Easy to buy asian food
It is very hard to access to wifi from the room. I had to sit on stairs to connect to the interney.
New and clean
Not a very central location. Shower flooded the bathroom
The staff was kind and very helpful. The whole place looks tidy and clean, the internet works in the rooms which is an important thing when you are traveling away for too much time (that's my case). We could see a couple of Futbol match in the kitchen, they have a great TV.
Only sharing with 3 others was a benefit, the bar had pretty cheap drinks and they tried to be helpful.
Arrived at 3:30pm and room still wasn't clean. Specifically asked for bottom bunk and was given the top one. The courtyard right outside room was supposed to be 'shut' at 11am but yet the staff joined others in drinking and smoking and were loud till the early hours. Long way from centre of Paris.
Polite and helpful staff Good breakfast Very nice hostel (kitchen, rooms) Great people staying there
Location (pretty far from the city centre) It is situated in the most artistic area of Paris though not so safe, clean and pleasant
The staff is very nice, the room is quite clean. There is free breakfast and free WiFi.
The outside is a little noisy until midnight. French guys are so enthusiastic!!!
I was very disappointed when i paid them the rent for my room. The rate from booking.com and the rate from The loft was not same. They charged more then 50 euro from me then booking.com said. They dont take any responsibility what booking.com said about the rate. I booked a room for me, and I paid over then the rate what booking.com said. Its unfair. We all have budget when we make a trip and its embarrassing when u got to know the high charge on arrival. Another thing is, booking.com said they dont charge any booking money, but they did! Thats it.
Nice open atmosphere, nice place in middle of life. Safety and joyfull.
The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and large; everything that could be cleaned had been. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, although one of them very confidently sent me to the wrong station for me inter-city train. Luckily I was excessively early, so I had half an hour spare to cross town to the correct station. I met some really nice people here. I would happily stay here again.
I was on the ground floor, and people smoked right outside the room, so if we opened a window to keep the room cool then it instantly stank of cigarettes. Music was played from speakers (not that loud, not like a club or anything) until 10 or 11 at night, which wasn't a problem for me, but it was for a couple of my let-lagged/getting-up-early roommates.
The internet reception is good
The location of hotel is not in a good atmosphere.
good staff, supportive environment, good location, cool music
Clean. Central Location. Great Wifi. Fun Atmosphere. Good for Solo travelers that want to meet new people and have fun. Great value for your buck.
the rooms were nice and well kept, the bathrooms were OK in terms of cleanliness and space. the staff were friendly and very helpful. WiFi worked well throughout the property.
since some of the rooms face the courtyard, it can be difficult to have an absolutely quiet night if there is a large group in the courtyard. However the level of noise isn't absolutely intolerable.
Nice location, easy to reach bu metro, nice stuff.
The bar is little bit expensive for backpackers, every servise like towels means extra.
The hotel is always clean and the people who work there are so kind. you have metro station so close to the hotel
Rooms, breakfast, cleanliness. The hostel overall was lovely.
Having to rent a towel and put down deposit for it. Towel was really small aswell. Lack of Information regarding the need to rent a towel, and wasn't told I needed to keep the 'receipt' to get the deposit back. Also the receipt was barely what you can call a real receipt. Lack of information regarding the need of a coin for the safety box. Lack of working adapters. A little bit expensive for a hostel.
there's a bathroom&toilet in the room. the room is clean. helpful staff.
very little room, and very little bed. almost no place to put your luggage.
the bed sheet is clean.
The location is not as good as the comments. The hostel is hidden in a small cornor of a narrow street, at least 300m from the metro station, hard to find and not easy for travelling when one pulls luggage. Problem with the door entry card. I had to open the door for others 3-4 times that night. Bottom line supply of food: some bread, butter, coffee, hot water, and milk. Tired to say more
friendly and helpful staff, quite clean facilities.
the location is not so close to city center. and I heard it's kinda dangerous or slum area because of drug sellers and hookers... I've not known about that, but if I would know, I didn't choose the hostel.
I like the staff they are helpfull, always answering your question about paris It's clean You can watch the world cup
The WiFi in my room is unavailable My room was 29 It is quite far from the metro station specially if you have bags it will make you tired because it is in a high ground (hill) There is no fridge in the rooms you need to go to the reception and buy whater for 2€
