Attention to details. Service. Aircon. Central location no need to use car as tram service first class also. Staff very helpfull and pleasent.Breakfast and dining very good. All in all an excellent stay! Lighting in room could be brighter bedside reading lights could be a lot more effective if the flexi arm was longer ! Bathroom hot water did not appear to be thermostatically controlled ! |

The staff, especially the concierge managers, were helpful, pleasant, and went out of their way to assist, without asking. Very well trained and gracious. We enjoyed being on the main Place of the Grand Theatre; sitting outside on the terrace was delightful. Comp. bottles of gazeuse and plat water each day in the room was a nice touch. We were on the top floor, converted from attic rooms, so the ceiling was low and the windows were much smaller than those of the floors underneath. The lighting in the room did not compensate for this and it was impossible to read either a book or a newspaper. The drapes were luscious, but covered the small windows. Would have liked a coffee/tea tray in the room. |

Staff were attentive,pleasant and knowledgeable. Hotel has excellent position for shopping and leisure in centre of Bordeaux Stayed in suite and bathroom facilities were badle designed. Seperate toilet with no handbasin, shower over bath and the side of the bath was so high it was positively dangerous stepping in and out when wet. Car access should be clarified with larger signs. |

j'ai aimé la qualité de l'accueil , la gentillesse du personnel très attentionné, et l' impression d'arriver "à la maison" plutôt qu'à l'hôtel. La qualité de la nourriture s'est améliorée depuis l'automne. |

Chambre propre, vaste, salle de bain bien concue Il y a eu du bruit sur la place en bas toute la nuit et personne n'a fait taire les fetards. Isolation sonore plus que moyenne...Personnel obsequieux et mal forme : veut etre tres poli, mais manque tres visiblement de formation... |

Hotel bien placé dans le centre de Bordeaux La chambre n'a pas été préparée, compte tenu de l'absence de chauffage (15°) nous avons changé de chambre (sous comble et très sombre) à 1 heure du matin Pas agréable du tout |

Très bel hotel bien situé en plein coeur de ville. Chambre très sympas. salle de bain superbe. Ecran plasma avec bras articulé. Tout est de qualité. Super petit déjeuner avec personnel charmant et agréable. |

La qualité de service et la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. Le petit déjeuner servi à la brasserie de l'europe est excellent. L'absence de centre de fitness au sein de l'hôtel est inacceptable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Le service et la qualité des plats de la brasserie de l'^hôtels sont trés inégaux et varient d'un jour à l'autre(brasserie de l'europe). |

Hotel formidable. Tout simplement la classe. Equipement général de la chambre de très grande qualité avec un matelas extra et un super écran plasma. Décoration de la chambre trop classique, chargée (rideaux épais, tapisserie de style, etc.) et donc trop sombre. Mais c'est un avis très personnel. |
