I stayed for the second and last time in this hotel because of my experiences below. The restaurant menu is still in French only! More worse was that the air- conditioning was switched off in the entire hotel with an outside temperature off more than 27° Celsius!!!!!!! |

Hotel reception staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel has a good location in the city center of Vichy. Hotel restaurant diner menu was only in French not in English or any other language. |

Chambre spacieuse et agréable pour un couple avec enfants. Très bien situé. Mon mari y est retourné fin août pour une nouvelle étape de retour de vacances. Restauration simple. |

Voor ons was het een doorreishotel maar toch een goede keuze wat betreft kwaliteit/prijs. Zeer goed gelegen, makkelijk te vinden, vriendelijk en attent personeel (ook voor de kinderen !) , geen lawaaihinder. |

La critique n'est pas par rapport cet l'hôtel mais comme d'habitude dans les Novotel ou Ibis. La "Wifi" est encore facturée et le coût du petit déjeuner 12,50€ soit 82F!! à ce prix là non merci...petit déj au café d'en face. |

Hôtel très bien placé, avec parking gratuit et fermé. Les chambres sont suffisament grande avec des Wc séparé. Pas de supplément pour le petit déjeuner en chambre Décoration de chambre désuète. Wi fi payant. Tarif des petit déjeuné |

Hotel bien situé : centre ville ; à quelques centaines de mètres d'un très beau parc au bord de l'Allier - Grand parking 1/ Des fourmis dans les chambres ; 2/ Projecteurs eclairants la facade et la chambre ! ; 3/ Material au bord de la piscine dans un etat lamentable ; 4/ Restauration hors de prix ..... tout comme l'hotel pour cette qualité ! |

La piscine L'alarme incendie à 6h du matin (fausse alerte!), la décoration de l'hôtel et des chambres, très années 70, horrible (tout à refaire!), chambre pas très propre (un cheveux sur le meuble blanc de la chambre!), aspirateur dans les couloirs avant 9h. Bref, aucun intérêt pour cet hôtel très déçu car pensant que le novotel était une chaîne donc de meilleure qualité et de meilleur goût. |

Mon impression est que le personnel de l'hotel est réduit et doit faire face plusieurs tâches, par exemple réception ey service au bar: économie de la direction sur le personnel= moins de service rendu au client |

Cet hotel est propre et confortable, mais trés défraichi: écailles de peinture sur les murs, meubles usés. L'ensemble fait vieillot. Les chambres ont besoin d'être sérieusement raffraichies |

Accueil est bon tout en étant discret. Accessibilité très bonne en plein centre ville. La cuisine (soir) est excellente. Les chambres devraient être refaites rapidement : semble vieilles et défraîchies : dommage car s'approche de plus en plus d'un deux étoiles supérieur... |
