No ventilation in gym. Stinky and hot.

Overrated and needlessly unfriendly.

The bed

The hotel is perfectly located right in front of the Tulleries Gardens, a 5 minute walk to the Louvre, a 10 minute walk to Boulevard Hausmann and a 10 minute walk to the Champs Elysees. On check-in, the person working at the reception desk, Brice, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower room for free which was absolutely stunning. I have never ever seen such a magnificent view - to the left of room's balcony was the Louvre and to the right you had a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. The room itself was a good size with a comfortable bed and decent size bathroom. Brice was very helpful with suggestions for places to eat etc which was very helpful. The hotel's interior was stunning and it had great facilities, including a spa and fully-equipped gym. I would definitely stay here again!

The only downsize to the room was that it was quite noisy on a Friday and Saturday night given it faced a main road (Rue De Rivoli). I would suggest trying to get a room as high up as possible. The room service was also incredibly overpriced, but I guess that's to be expected in a 5 star hotel. The gym, whilst it had very good equipment, had really bad airconditioning making it very stuffy and a bit uncomfortable when working out.

Great location, wonderful hotel within walking distance of lots of attractions and shops. I would definitely stay again - however it is on the pricey side. We stayed in room 4054 which is a 'view' room.

I specifically asked booking.com and the hotel that I want the suite with the water sprinkler in it, and both confirmed to me by email, but when we arrived there they said no!

L'ambiance intimiste et le village de Noël dans la cour intérieure. Très bon buffet petit déjeuner.

Il manque une piscine intérieure chauffée.

Удобное месторасположение, хорошие и чистые номера. Я уже последние 5 лет только живу только там.

Дорогие завтраки. Но можно завтракать в кафе Angelina (одно из моих любимых кафе в париже)это в 100м от гостиници. И по приезду нам дали очень маленький номер который обычно используется как одноместный, но утром его поменяли на большой.

Pas de chaussons en chambre - pas acceptable pour un hôtel de ce standing La salle de bain très petite pour une chambre de 4 personnes Le service au bar (personnel peu qualifié) et au restaurant (personnel soit jeune et souvent peu qualifié, soit plus âgé et "limite familier") L'absence de flexibilité au restaurant un soir qui était soi-disant complet et nous a envoyé dîner au bar sans faire d'effort particulier pour trouver une solution
