Great location, wonderful hotel within walking distance of lots of attractions and shops. I would definitely stay again - however it is on the pricey side. We stayed in room 4054 which is a 'view' room.

Location Vs. Price is good when on offer. Pleasant, good restaurant, good bar. Good service, clean. They charge for every little thing you can think of. Even for an adaptor for charging the mobile. 14 Euros if you can believe. Dont ask about wifi 19 Euros valid for the day.

Its a nice hotel, nice location I specifically asked booking.com and the hotel that I want the suite with the water sprinkler in it, and both confirmed to me by email, but when we arrived there they said no!

The location ws wonderful in a very old charmng building which is very convenient to all the sights. The staff was very helpful, particularly the concierge and service people in the restaurants and bars. Our room was not huge but had everything and was spotless. We would certainly stay there again!

The hotel was very centrally located and the view from our room was magnificent. The service and facilities were exceptional. The only negative was the size of our tiny room, but all things considered, including the great room rate, we were not bothered.

La beauté de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, la situation géographique, idéal pour faire du shopping rue St Honore, Le prix du mini-bar,8€ pour une petite bouteille d'eau, 11€ pour une bière!!! Le bruit dans les chambres, on entends tout ce qui ce passe dans la chambre a coté, Le sèche cheveux inutilisable, m'as exploser dans les mains,pour un hôtel de cette catégorie inacceptable.

La qualité du personnel à la réception et la réactivité du personnel d'étage La flexibilité de l'hôtel qui nous a upgradés sans difficulté et sans supplément Le petit déjeuner Pas de chaussons en chambre - pas acceptable pour un hôtel de ce standing La salle de bain très petite pour une chambre de 4 personnes Le service au bar (personnel peu qualifié) et au restaurant (personnel soit jeune et souvent peu qualifié, soit plus âgé et "limite familier") L'absence de flexibilité au restaurant un soir qui était soi-disant complet et nous a envoyé dîner au bar sans faire d'effort particulier pour trouver une solution
