Very small room, definitely overpriced. Waiting time for somebody move our baggage from reception to room was about 1 hour - had to ask receptionist about it twice. As well as minibar never been refreshed during our stay (2 nights) even after asking for it (2 or 3 times). Taking shower was almost impossible - just a hot water and no chance to adjust (hope in our room only). Unacceptable for hotel in this category |

The location was superb. Lovely foyer, very nice hotel. Found the room nice but definetly on the small side for the price. |

due to ongoing renovations (but not hearing any noise renovation works) the airconditioning did not work, but as it was not too warm it was ok |

Location: very central. Concierge was helpful in procuring train tickets to Amsterdam. Service was poor (especially at this price level): food trays were left in the hall for several hours on two occasions - unacceptable for a hotel at this price level. Room was small. Service attitude was rather snobbish for the actual level of service. I rather liked Starwood Preferred until this stay. Overpriced. |

location in Paris- stayed there a year and a half ago and liked it
a large business and tour oriented hotel. Lobby was a mess with business people- breakfast room redone dark, dreary and medicore service compared to last year. Room given on inner court was dark and dreary. Could hardly see to read.
