Very small room, definitely overpriced. Waiting time for somebody move our baggage from reception to room was about 1 hour - had to ask receptionist about it twice. As well as minibar never been refreshed during our stay (2 nights) even after asking for it (2 or 3 times). Taking shower was almost impossible - just a hot water and no chance to adjust (hope in our room only). Unacceptable for hotel in this category |

The location was superb. Lovely foyer, very nice hotel. Found the room nice but definetly on the small side for the price. |

Location: very central. Concierge was helpful in procuring train tickets to Amsterdam. Service was poor (especially at this price level): food trays were left in the hall for several hours on two occasions - unacceptable for a hotel at this price level. Room was small. Service attitude was rather snobbish for the actual level of service. I rather liked Starwood Preferred until this stay. Overpriced. |

location in Paris- stayed there a year and a half ago and liked it a large business and tour oriented hotel. Lobby was a mess with business people- breakfast room redone dark, dreary and medicore service compared to last year. Room given on inner court was dark and dreary. Could hardly see to read. no turndown service at night. I will never stay there again |
