Staff isn't friendly to say the least. No light curtains so basically, you have to close the big, dark curtains even during the day otherwise people are able to see what's going on in the room. |

The staff were very helpful particularly with parking. The hotel was ideally placed near the centre of Thionville easy walking distance to restaurants and for a walk beside the river. |

The hotel was fine and the rooms were very clean. The hotel was well placed for the centre of the town. Your website stated that there was secure parking for motorcycles, the main reason for choosing the hotel in the first place. There is no parking facility for motorcycles and they had to be left out in the street. |

The hotel advertises its self as having parking facilities which it does not have. The main reason for picking this hotel was the advertised parking facilities, so I was very disappointed when only public parking was available at 2 euros an hour was available.. Staff at the hotel area aware of the misrepresentation of parking facilities on the hotel web site but say there is nothing they can do. |

Excellent accueil, disponible et chaleureux. Parking attenant payant à partir de 10h00 , et stationnement maximum 1 heure. Autre parking à 200m non payant, mais parfois de l'attente pour trouver une place. |

Personnel très dévoué, chambres très confortables (surtout celle avec une loggia donnant sur le boulevard), hôtel situé en centre ville. Pas de parking propre à l'hôtel, mais parkings à proximité (environ 200 m). |

Ik kan tot mijn spijt niets positiefs melden De kamers waren slechts matig schoon, de geluidsisolatie is slecht, zodat je s'nachts de TV in de naastgelegen kamer hoort spelen. In kamer 122 waaide de wind zo luid, dat ik niet kon slapen.Ik kreeg meteen een andere kamer van de nachtportoer toegewezen.Toen ik dit probleem s'ochtends bij het afrekenen aan de dame meldde, vond zij het niet de moeite er iets op te antwoorden.Kortom, dit was mijn laatste verblijf hier. |
