Der Blick von der Terasse auf Cannes. Garage teuer und immer besetzt. Hotel vergibt Garagenplaetze, obwohl alles belegt ist. Fruehstueck ist die reinste Katastrophe (sehr geringe Auswahl an essen und trinken). Das Hotel ist insgesamt in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Die Sauberkeit im ganzem Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schlecht. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück gut. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber siehe unten... Die Teppichböden waren voller Flecken, die Decken bereits sehr alt. Der etwas herunter gekommene Gesamtzustand der Zimmer rechtfertigt m.E. nach die 3 Sterne nicht. Die anderen Bereiche (Frühstücksraum, Lobby, Bar etc.) waren in Ordnung. |

The hotel was very tidy. The breakfast superb and the roof terrace with the view & pool was lovely. The standard room was very basic with stained carpet and lumpy mattresses. Otherwise it was a good, cost effective place to stay in Cannes and I would stay there again. |

Swimming pool, large rooms, reasonable breakfast, practical, ok value for money. Parking too small - the website should inform people they need to reserve a space when booking. Restaurant was shut all of August - not mentioned on website!! Loud music during breakfast. Staff forgot to clean room... |

Hotel met needs to a satisfactory degree, room functional and comfortable, good range of breakfast choice and a bar for an evening drink on returning from day out. Hotel was a bit tired looking and would benefit from an uplift. Restaurant was closed through August for some reason. TV reception/channel choice in room was dissapointing, if it's there it should be useable. |

Spacious carpeted room with kingsize bed, aircon, balcony, super rooftop pool, cushioned sunbeds on terrace, views over city to the sea, buffet breakfast, friendly, good restaurants within walking distance in old historical area, free public carpark below. Difficult to find at first as not well signposted. No courtesy bus to Cannes centre. No drinks in room. Limited tv channels in room. No tissues in bathroom. |

Every time I used the toilet I had to flush 3 time with very little toilet paper in toilet I started using the toilet in the lobby being on my honey moon it made things difficult its very likely that this only applies to the room we stayed in, the staff was very good and helpful |

swimming pool at the roof, hospitable service there were a lot of insects/bugs in the room and we had to request for another room at 1 am at night. From the way the receptionist handled our request it was not the first time someone reported such problem. |

This is a great hotel with excellent location. It is a great value for money. Honestly, it is ubder priced. I was so surprised to get this great service for that little money. The hotel is 4 minutes drive from Cannes downtown. The room was so clean and airconditioned, with charming Balcony. Breakfast was so rich and served in terrace. I would absolutely stay there again. The lady in the reception, Rose . . I think, was so nice and helpful. Nothing at all. This is a great hotel. |

Staff friendly, always accessible. Failed to respond to e mails regarding shuttle service. I was attending a trade show - the shuttle didn't leave til 9 which was too late - meaning most days I didn't use it. More information about getting in and out of Cannes would have been useful. |

Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful Poor accessability to the hotel. Restaurant was closed. The normal hotel tariff was 40% lower than what I paid booking through your site. That is a lot of difference! |
