Staff friendly, always accessible. Failed to respond to e mails regarding shuttle service. I was attending a trade show - the shuttle didn't leave til 9 which was too late - meaning most days I didn't use it. More information about getting in and out of Cannes would have been useful. |

Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful Poor accessability to the hotel. Restaurant was closed. The normal hotel tariff was 40% lower than what I paid booking through your site. That is a lot of difference! |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück gut. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber siehe unten... Die Teppichböden waren voller Flecken, die Decken bereits sehr alt. Der etwas herunter gekommene Gesamtzustand der Zimmer rechtfertigt m.E. nach die 3 Sterne nicht. Die anderen Bereiche (Frühstücksraum, Lobby, Bar etc.) waren in Ordnung. |

Vriendelijke bejegening (in het Nederlands...) Prima parkeer-garage.Mooi dakterras met uitzicht en zwembad. Goed ontbijt. Moeilijk te vinden zonder navigatie-apparatuur. Net iets te ver van de boulevard van Cannes. Wifi was niet gratis (maar daar wordt aan gewerkt). Mini-bar wel aanwezig maar niet gevuld. Hotel kan wel een kleine make-over gebruiken. |

El trato es excelente, gestionado por holandeses encantadores. El sitio es comodo aunque sin lujos.Excelente relación calidad precio. Prometían restaurante y piscina caliente. Durante mi estancia no hubo ni una cosa ni otra, pero se deviven por hacer la estancia agradable. |
