the location is very good - five minutes walk from station. Clean, adequate room. good breakfast (optional extra), helpful English speaking Staff. Excellent Restaurant next door.

no dressing table/mirror in bedroom, but good mirror and hairdryarer in bathroom. No safe nor fridge in room.

Friendly Clean Garage

Nicely renovated and large bathrooms, relative to room size in Europe of course! Decent hotel overall for the price range. Easy walk to anywhere in town and very close to train and bus. Impossible to be unhappy in Annecy!

Hotel staff was poor for night shifts. Once walked in to family arguing (I think they didn't have a room when they should have) and when the husband said that the customer is always right, the recpetionist responded "well not here" without missing a beat. We all laughed at the attitude we were shocked to see. Morning and day seemed much more professional.

Reasonable price, friendly staff, clean bathroom.

Poor ventilation, it was a bit suffocating in the room.

We had clean sheets but our warmer blanket had previous guests hair on it. (More then one as different hair types) Time for new blankets or a wash! Receptionist could not anwser any of our questions re bus timetable / bike rental / boat trips. (we figured it out ourselves later though)

The staff were super friendly. The location was excellent. Unfortunately we left earlier than planned as the weather in Annecy was terrible. We had solid rain for two days.

Well located in the center of the city as well as excellent value of money. Easy to find out with clear sign where the hotel is located. The receptionist of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with reasonable price

The one way systems in Annecy are so tricky and it is quite difficult to locate the hotel

1. The riot as we arrived next to the hotel (no idea what was happening). 2. The lack of space between the foot of the bed and the desk (could not pass if another person was using the chair). 3. TV was too low. It should be wall-mounted.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Only few minutes walk to the old city and also to the train station.

The room was a little bit muggy with old carpets. The second thing I didn't like is that the blankets are not put in a duvet cover, but there is only a sheet on the bottom side of the uncovered blanket.

It was located very closed to train station so it was very easy to find hotel. on the other hand Anncy is a very small city. You can get anywhere by walking.

maybe We were unlucky but AC was not working properly. Weather of the room was a little chilly. room is very small and it is a little expensive if you use hotel as sleeping area.

Central location and friendliness of staff

Breakfasts were an extra cost and not included in the basic price. The same for car parking.

We only stayed a couple of nights but like it here. Clean, modern, close to the City.
