Friendly staff. Excellent location, facing main city square and close to the river. Room furniture quite dated. Balneo tub didn't work as well as expected. |

Accommodations were modest but comfortable. The location right in the middle of the old city of Grenoble was exactly what we wanted. The staff was pleasant and spoke acceptable English. |

Perfect location in Grenoble, ideal and free WiFi connection. Room was too small as well as wardrobe, and it was not the smallest in the hotel as we saw other of our friends. |

The decoration and fittings are a little tired, which we knew from previous stays, but our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Free overnight parking in a nearby public carpark is an advantage. Breakfast is rather expensive, but there are plenty of alternatives nearby in the city centre. |

It's very well located, in terms of proximity to the old town, shopping and is just a couple of minutes from the light rail. It overlooks an attractive square with the mountains providing a spectacular backdrop. These positives tend to mitigate a strict appraisal of the hotel, which on its own merits wouldn't have enticed us to stay a second night. But it was a good base for our purposes and, from what we came across walking around, the standard of competition isn't that high in the centre of Grenoble. Just make sure you get a room at the front of the hotel to get the best value from your stay. The room was small, and had a rough-and-ready retrofit of an air-conditioning unit in it, which you might excuse in more functional work setting (it looked ugly, basically!). The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which we didn't mind so much, but it didn't contain a washbasin, and there was enough room for a small corner one. |

The hotel is quite nice, clean, but first of all it is a beautiful place to visit the city. Also there is a good agreement with the car-parking. The room is slightly small and the staff is a little quiet too. |

we enjoyed the sound proofed rooms as we were on travelling straight from Kenya -Belgium- Lyon without any stops and two children . we were looking for a place where we could sleep on arrival time even though it meant 2 pm, and it was the case. painting and needs general refurbishing - I have overheard that works are underway - the hotel will be closed and a new owner will make changes |

Perfect location central to shops etc. and safe. The room was very well heated and cosy. I would stay there again and recommend it Some reception staff appeared not too friendly. I would have liked more information printed in English and full internet in lobby (rather than just connections in rooms) |

central situation phonic insulation between rooms and room/corridor almost inexistent, we could hardly sleep because of the noise coming grom other guests. we had two beds and asked for another room having one large bed - the reception staff did not even check whether there was another room available, just said no. |

Hôtel pratique pour des hommes d'affaires, agréable pour les femmesqui les accompagnent, vu qu'il est situé en plein centre de la ville, tout près des rues commercantes. Point en plus, le parking le plus près est payé par l'hôtel entre 10 heures le soir et 10 heures le matin.La gentillesse du personnel à la réception. les chambres sont très petites. |
