The location in the city center

The hotel needs to be refreshed. Old furniture and interior design.

The Angleterre staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. I have stayed at Angleterre twice for amost two weeks both times. The staff went out of their way to make my stay plesent. I have stayed at two other hotels in Grenoble and the staff at both those other hotels were very cold and almost rude at times. I think the staff an the central location are the best selling points for the hotel. The room is nice, it has free WiFi that is decent, it had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water throughout my stay, and it is close to the Tram and Bus routes.

The front desk staff was very friendly, spoke very good English and knew our faces quickly. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. Walk out the front door to enjoy shopping, only a few steps to the bus and tram lines. Close to Museum of Grenoble, cable cars to the Bastille, shops, cafes, restaurants. Esay walk or two tram stops from the train station.

The walls are very thin and not soundproof at all.

The views from my room, the jacuzzi bath, the speed of the Wi-fi connection, and the room service option.

The meal ordered from room service tasted horrible; and also, there was no instruction on how and when to order breakfast in your room.

Situation centre ville

Chambre très petite, inattendu dans un hotel de cette catégorie. Climatisation indisponible le 1er soir malgre la chaleur etouffante. Clim tres bruyante quand finalement disponible le 2ème jour. Bruyant : impossible d'ouvrir la fenetre tant la circulation meme en soirée est imprtante. Isolation phonique intérieure également insuffisante pour un hotel 3 etoiles ... Television indisponible sans l'aide du gérant. Erreur dans la facturation Personnel juste aimable Compte tenu de tous ces aléas, je m'attendais a un geste commercial qui n'a pas été proposé. Je ne reviendrai pas.

La situation et la chambre plutôt calme même si la place Victor Hugo est un peu bruyante tôt le matin. Le personnel très serviable

Le wifi ne fonctionne pas pour le epad 1 La télé ne recevait que 4 chaines (dont canal + sport pas tellement mon domaine)

Sa situation geographique au coeur de grenoble ses prestations et leur cout

La posizione, è veramente a due passi dal centro della città e il fatto che hanno una convenzione con un parcheggio coperto li vicino e questo permette di lasciare la macchina tutta la notte pagando solo 3 Euro invece che 12,60.

Pas grand chose excepté la situation en centre ville

Confort très moyen, hotel vieillot, Tv mal placé et compliqué pour la télécommande, fenetre battante plus coulissante peu pratique, grand lit mais de ce fait plus de place dans la chambre, confort lit très moyen, pas de parking a part le parking public,mobilier inadapté. Le rapport prix qualité prestation n'est pas a la hauteur. Nous ne sommes pas a Deauville Nice ou Biarritz.

Un accueil remarquable, le parking à proximité dans des conditions avantageuses.

Absence de volets pour avoir un noir absolu.
