Location is superb, designer shops and culture center of the city right down the stairs. The elevator (very slow). |

The hotel location is very good: near the theater, tourism office, tram stations, shopping streets, river etc. The staff were very amiable and kind. The room was rather small and the elevator was very slow, but are acceptable for the price we pay. |

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Situated in the pedestrian only section. Characteristic building. The room was small and so was the bed. No wi-fi. |

Staff were very helpful & location was excellent. Air conditioning was only available it the outside temperature went above 25 Deg. We had a warm room and had to open the window most of the time. This should have been stated on their website. |

The location and the staff. Staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. The hotel is round the corner to the Theatre Square, and about 2 minutes' walk from the tram terminus - perfect for everywhere in the city. Following comments we read on the site, we asked for a quiet room away from the tramlines. In fact, this turned out to be a separate part fo the hotel a short distance (less than a minute) away. This was fine and traffic-free, but our room (on the 3rd floor of the hotel and at the back) was close to the extractors and air conditioning units on the roof, and there was a distinct electrical hum which some would find difficult to sleep through. Also - no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. |

The location The noise from above our room every morning from the domestic staff and the fact that there was no view from our room of any interest whatsoever. |

Fantastic location near to tourist informaton centre from which many trips left. Also close to the old town with its many bars and restaurants Overlooking the staff from the Regent hotel smoking in the street, which I feel reflects particularly badly on the other hotel |

I could be a very good idea to try to improve the breakfast. think about the fact that in city we can have a caffe+croissant+orange juice just for 5-6 euro! |

Hotel was located right in the middle across from the Opera House and walking distance to shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. Was located in a quite street just off the main strip. |

Convenient to the city's sights, shops, cafes and restaurants. Very helpfull staff during registration (access to hotel, parking, etc) Difficult to access by car. Breakfast room was extremely small with very limited room to move or sit down at the table. |

Friendly staff, very helpful. Lack of communication regarding parking access due to pedestrian only precinct. Balcony requested and received however the noise from the street and trams was so loud we couldn't leave the window open at night. |
