Staff members were very helpful and we appreciated their ability to speak English with us when we struggled in French. |

All members of the staff were friendly , good humoured, very helpful and spoke good english. I would like the cost of the room to be on a bed and breakfast basis. |

The location was excellent, right beside the main shopping area. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accomodating and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. |

I like everything but the bathroom needs more safety features in the shower. |

Price and location were great. Like MANY European hotels, the room was small, but it was perfect for our needs--we were there to see the city, not hang out in a hotel room. Their elevator was extremely slow (as in, you weren't really sure it worked), but the staff was aware of it and apologized to guests upon check in. We did not eat the breakfast, but were told by a friend who did that it was not worth the extra cost (that is VERY often the case in European hotels though--so much easier to go to a neighborhood cafe...) |

The location was fantastic, couldn't wish for a better site. The room was ok but required updating. The room service was unreliable at best. Breakfast was disappointing for a 3* hotel. |

Though its facilities are a bit old, it's ok as a hotel for practical persons. Very quiet and very convenient in the city centre. Nice combination! Breakfast is a bit too expensive. |

Its location The fact that it was not on a main street as shown in the misleading photograph mentioned above but in a very narrow street which meant our room had practically no natural light and we had to have electricity at all times. I could not have stayed more than one night in such a situation. |

Fantastic location Very basic even though we paid extra for a prestige room. Can't imagine what the standard rooms were like. |

Location was excellent and the 'deluxe' room was adequate, probably good by French standards. The hotel seemed very restrictive lots of notices from the hotel mangement (Mme Paranoid) spoilt the ambience of what is a really nice hotel. Breakfasts were very expensive and I felt that the bed linen could have been changed more often as the weather was quite hot and humid. Air conditioning was available however a sign in the lift acted to dicourage us from leaving it on too long. |
