Nothing really, breakfast was not included so we have to go to real way station to buy it
I tripped several times leaving the bathroom as they built a funny raise, to not let the water drip from the bathroom I suppose, it is very dangerous(((
Location, a relatively big room with bathtub, and good wifi. The hotel was kind of old and worn out but still, it was clean and comfortable for a 1-night stay. It is a couple of minutes walk from the TGV station and easy to find.
The view from the window which was facing the backside of the building, but this was not really a problem as I arrived late and I just had to draw the curtain.
So close to the train. Close to the historical parr of the city with food and shopping.
All was good.
Great central location Bonus of being able to pay for local secure parking. Great breakfast Very reasonablly priced Simple but confortable room
At weekends it can be a little noisy from the street outside in the evening.
Easy walk from the train station.
Bed mattress kept sliding to one side. Our window was small and faced the interior roofs. Staff not present at the front desk at times.
Great location to train station and old town. Staff, especially Sarah were very helpful and friendly.
vicinity to train station
hotel needs updating wifi was weak and unreliable
Very helpful with booking a wine tour for us, Vincent, especially accommodating. Wine tour guide, Gabriel, was very knowledgeable about the region and the wines.
The bed was not comfortable too hard
The drunks of town singing at 3, 4 and 5 o'clock in the morning.
service close to the train station and center
room tram passing outside the window bed bathroom oldfashion and not fresh extra cost for breakfast
We stay only one night but it was perfect! The room was big and comfortable, the room was available before check-in (something that never happens in France), really easy to park the car, breakfast was great and the staff really nice.
Within 5 mins walk of train station and town centre; friendly, helpful staff; bar; clean, spacious room with ample storage
Room was outdated; air conditioning didn't work; no kettle; noisy in room at front of hotel
Close to train station
Amenities (ac, sink ) didn't work, hotel feels outdated
Three couples all booked at the same time, two rooms the same, which were very good. The third room very different, a little disappointing.
Location near the city
Hot rooms Poor bathroom Dangerous step and spring doors in bathroom causing injury Airconditioning did not work No sympathy from staff, No alternative room offered
Close to the city center but nothing in the city center.Dijon doesn't worth to go.for shopping not better than Paris.for scenery can't compare with Strasbourg and provence
You'd better don't drive there a car especially if you never come there before.coz you might drive on the track!
staff helpfulness and friendliness. Breakfast
Location Clean Comfortable
Would like to have had access to a cup of tea on arrival with out having to pay for it
Excellent location near the railway station Comfortable, good sized room Comfortable beds
Public areas a bit shabby Small elevator
Nothing the hotel was awful!
The room stank of smoke and human sweat. The carpet was filthy with stains and faded! Woodwork was dirty and marked! The bathroom lights didn't work ! The double bed was broken so we had to sleep where our feet normally go! When we complained we were told there was no one to fix the problems! An utter disgrace!
Large rooms and location next to city center.
Parking was difficult and expensive
The location is perfect to access the best of Dijon, restaurants, park and the station
I would have liked wifi in the room.
This hotel is well located for the centre of the beautiful city of Dijon, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms, (this was our 2nd visit in a couple of weeks as we were touring around europe) were very clean and plenty of space the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet, lovely decor. the under ground car park was secure, hence the number of codes we were given to access it, very enjoyable stay and would certainly return.
when making the bookings, we understood that we would have either a garden view or street view, sadly we had neither, both visits we had a wall view which was a little dissapointing, had we been staying longer and i would have requested another room with a better view as i feel this would have reflected the price/
Huge Bathroom including Bidet. Nice room with outdoor shutters to close for darkness and quietness. Breakfast good.
