This hotel is a stilish design hotel close to the pebble beach. The triple room we had was very spatious and clean, with a dining table, a fridge and even a nice terrace. The bed was really comfortable. The room was very clean and extremely well insulated (quadruple glasing on the windows). Staff was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about interesting tourist spots, shopping, signhtseeing. This hotel provides a worth of a 4 stars hotel. I would definitely go back.

Nice room across the street from the beach Cooling of room only available after talking to manager. Continental breakfast available only in room at 10 Euros P.P. and ordering it the day before. Overpriced

This is a modern hotel opposite the seafront with a nice view. We stayed here as wanted to visit the hilltowns behind Nice and Cagnes sur Mer is cheaper than Nice, but the beach is rather unpleasant for swimming.Good esplanade for strolling and good pizza restaurant next door.Lift for baggage and hotel parking, pleasant room.

It is a really great Hotel located quite perfectly between Antibes and Nice. We rented a car which made it easy to reach all the great and interesting spots in the region. Furthermore it is just oposite to the beach and thus very comfortable if you like to relax on the beach. There are some great beach bars/restaurants/ supermarkets just a few walking minutes away. The rooms were perfectly clean and the staff was very nice. We went to Cote d'Azur off Season (mid october) and received a romm with sea-view althoug we booked land-view... same price! Parking is 10€ a day but you have a good parking spot and it is comfortable not to search for parking space. Breakfast is also 10€/day per person. That is quite a lot but we got reimbursed by having breakfast on the room, on our own balcony with view on the sea...

We really liked this hotel. We were staying there at the end of September for 6 nights. We liked the location right on the road as we were doing some daily trips to discover surroundings. The beach is just across the street. We went swimming couple times. The water was clean and warm for September. The room/bathroom were clean, but the best part was the sea view from our balcony. Airport is close, but we did not hear any noise. There are a lot of restaurants down the road. We really liked the Japanese restaurant around the corner with amazing variety of food selection. The parking for 10 eur per day was convenient. David was very cooperative and always tried to help when we had questions

First of all the staff were very friendly and personable. The room was very well designed, perfectly clean and comfortable (as was the bed) with a lovely tiled bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly well or one could choose to open the wall to wall sliding glass door to the good sized terrace/balcony and fresh air. A very good experience and great value for money. The approach to the hotel didn't look all that promising so I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the room.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the balcony was great to sit on. Due to the double glass doors there was no traffic noise.The location in Cagnes close to Nice was perfect as we loved having breakfast and meals in the town of Cagnes rather than in a hotel restaurant.The breakfast in the hotel, which we had the first two days, was also good. It was an overall pleasant stay and we would stay there again.

The hotel is excellently located on the shoreline. The room is not large but reasonably furnished and contains all the essential equipment The hotel is located on the first floor of a building with no dining room. Breakfast is served in the rooms. The baguette breakfast was dry. Before sleeping we had a "war" against the mosquitos, and after we killed 5 we had a quiet night. On the arrival evening the desk clerk was not polite and even sometimes hostile. He asked to collect parking fees despite booking online specifically states that parking costs only on July and August. The morning clerk was courteous and and efficent

The hotel is nice, for a short stay. Some good restaurants nearby. Bed was good. The beach is stones, no sand. And the privilige room is actually a normal sized room, so I' m left wondering how big the other rooms are.

It was a great value for the money. It is very convenient to the Nice Airport. The hotel room was clean, tidy, well kept with a comfortable bed and all the necessary appointments. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who needs quick access to the Nice Airport.

“The Aparte hotel is very close to the beach, at the same time it is quiet, as it stands a bit away from the busy road that runs along the beach. The rooms in the hotel have small kitchens, so we were able to do some simple cooking. The beach in Cagnes is very long and is not crowded even in the high season, so it was quite relaxing there.
