Hôtel Tiercé  

Hotel location just by beach and hippodrome - great as not as crowded as centre of Cagnes. Family room was perfect with a little annexe for the kids beds. Friendly staff, car park (extra 10 euros but well worth it as parking can be a nightmare along the coast) and although breakfast in the room this was fine - no need for a restaurant as there was a table and chairs and plenty of room and breakfast in bed much more fun! Lots of delicious fresh fruit, croissants, bread, jam and coffee. Nice big balcony overlooking the Hippodrome with view of horses - or other rooms had view of beach literally 1 minute away. Also convenient hire bike stand. Centre of town only a short walk away. Very child friendly and staff attentive and informed.

This is a modern hotel opposite the seafront with a nice view. We stayed here as wanted to visit the hilltowns behind Nice and Cagnes sur Mer is cheaper than Nice, but the beach is rather unpleasant for swimming.Good esplanade for strolling and good pizza restaurant next door.Lift for baggage and hotel parking, pleasant room.

We really liked this hotel. We were staying there at the end of September for 6 nights. We liked the location right on the road as we were doing some daily trips to discover surroundings. The beach is just across the street. We went swimming couple times. The water was clean and warm for September. The room/bathroom were clean, but the best part was the sea view from our balcony. Airport is close, but we did not hear any noise. There are a lot of restaurants down the road. We really liked the Japanese restaurant around the corner with amazing variety of food selection. The parking for 10 eur per day was convenient. David was very cooperative and always tried to help when we had questions

First of all the staff were very friendly and personable. The room was very well designed, perfectly clean and comfortable (as was the bed) with a lovely tiled bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly well or one could choose to open the wall to wall sliding glass door to the good sized terrace/balcony and fresh air. A very good experience and great value for money.

The approach to the hotel didn't look all that promising so I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the room.

The hotel is excellently located on the shoreline. The room is not large but reasonably furnished and contains all the essential equipment

The hotel is located on the first floor of a building with no dining room. Breakfast is served in the rooms. The baguette breakfast was dry. Before sleeping we had a "war" against the mosquitos, and after we killed 5 we had a quiet night. On the arrival evening the desk clerk was not polite and even sometimes hostile. He asked to collect parking fees despite booking online specifically states that parking costs only on July and August. The morning clerk was courteous and and efficent

It was on the beautiful beach in the town. Very good location. I also liked the breakfast which was delivered to the room. Cagnes-sur-mer itself is just 15 minutes train/bus ride from Nice, and it was very convenient especially all the hotels in Nice is very pricy.

Good hotel, nice location, friendly stuff.

Location was great and waking up near the see was relaxing.
