Convenient location just 10 min/ drive to airport. Breakfast served into room was quite good for continental breakfast. Windows looks directly to road. Double glass windous stop the noise when closed (aircon is power enough to do that). But if You suppose to sleep with opened window in summer time it will be difficult |

Nice clean room, friendly hosts, nice sea view, breakfast on balcony in arranged time, beach is on 50 meters, private parking with reasonable price. For us, much better choice to stay than hotels in Nice, which is on 8km away. Outside unit of aircondition is on the balcony and it's positioned that hot air from it blows right in you. So, if you turn on aircondition in the room, on the balcony would be hot like in hell. |

Breakfast was very good although there was no choice of the meals. The hotel was quiet. As the breakfast was served to the room (there is no other choice) it was getting a bit noisy at 9:00. |

Liked this hotel very much. Spend a little extra for a room with sea view is worth the money. Nice people. Breakfast served only in the room wich is very nice if you have the balcony with sea view. |

Very nice breakfast served on the balcony. The rooms are very nicely furnished and look recently renovated - don't be put off from the outside. Near restaurants and bars if you want to pop out for food. |

convenient location - short drive from the Nice airport, close to the seaside and restaurants. Clean room. Hotels in Nice, esp those by the seaside, are generally expensive so this could be an optimal choice The shower place is small even for a chinese. The size of the standard room was generally a bit small , thank god there was a balcony. Not so value for money |

The room was very comfortable with balcony overlooking the sea. The young couple who own the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. There is no real lounge area or breakfast room but the breakfasts sent to the room are very good. |

Breakfast on the balcony was excellent. Very handy position for the Hippodrome and the beach. Excellent restaurants nearby. Great for walking along the promenade. |

Das Zimmer war schön gross und freundlich eingerichtet und sauber. Der Parkplatz (aussen) kostet mit € 10.-/Tag wirklich genug. Frühstück hatten wir keines, jedoch immer einen Kaffee mit warmer Milch für je € 3.-, auch genug, aber hübsch angerichtet. Da das Hotel direkt an der befahrenen Strandpromenade steht, ist es nicht leise, aber die Fenster schliessen perfekt und die Klimaanlage funktioniert fein dosierbar. |

Hotelpersoneel vriendelijk, 'savonds laat kon je nog doorgeven of je de dag erna ontbijt wilde. Ontbijt wordt op de kamer gebracht. Uitzicht over boulevard en zee. op loopafstand van restaurants. Toilet apart, niet op de badkamer. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Ontbijt aan de prijzige kant. Ondanks dubbele beglazing en rolluiken toch omgevingslawaai (maar niet hinderlijk, uitzicht maakte veel goed). Alleen de 1e verdieping is van het hotel, de overige appartementen zijn koop/huur. Je hoorde veel geluiden van andere kamers. Om 23.20 uur gingen ze nog boren. |
