Bed came with a large quilt and bathroom was very clean and well designed the bed was very soft and when you lay down you roll to the center of it. |

Location was central, just a bit west of the cathedral area. Breakfast was good. Room was fairly large. Recommendations for dinner were good. Staff were helpful. Our gps could not find it. The bathroom was a tiny bit tired. |

All hotel staff spoke French, German, English, and even some Arabic! And maybe more! They were professional, kind, and really helpful! |

The location of the Hotel is very convenient to vizit centre, museums, the old town, to drink a cup of coffee, to go shopping,. It is 8-10 minuts to go on foot from the Hotel to Railwaystaition. The atmosphere in the Hotel is very friendly. The door lock is loudly (we heard when neighbours went into and out).One day the lift was broken (we were living on the 6 floor) |

Perfect location. Great service. Free WiFi. Stay away from boring hotels near the autobahn. This is a wonderful place! Ask The reception about nearby restaurants. They know their City! |

Attractive surroundings, beautiful presentation of clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. Great location. The bed in the room I was allocated was very uncomfortable indeed, so much so that I had to sleep upside down in the bed to get a night's sleep. They gave me a different room on day 2. |

Our room was very comfortable, a double bed and a twin, bathroom very clean, large airy room. Very neat, the staff was very good, breakfast included in our room price, excellent. |

our booking was upgraded to a better room, probably because of bigger groups in the hotel. Breakfast was varied enough even for Scandinavian taste and being able to cater at least most tastes. the elevator was really slow and bigger groups checking out in the morning caused cueing to the elevator. This could be a problem if not having the physical ability to use stairs, which was not our case though. |

friendly staff. New towels always have hair attached, i stayed 6 nights and i see it everyday. Floor was dusty too. Other than that, all was fine. |

Hannong hotel is a very warm feeling, clean and quite hotel. It has all the accessories needed for a comfortable visit (including Wifi). The hotel is located at the central squares and very close to the romantic Petite France. It is also located 10 min walk from the main train station. Altogether, I have stayed in this hotel twice and in both cases was most happy. |
