friendly staff. New towels always have hair attached, i stayed 6 nights and i see it everyday. Floor was dusty too. Other than that, all was fine. |

Hannong hotel is a very warm feeling, clean and quite hotel. It has all the accessories needed for a comfortable visit (including Wifi). The hotel is located at the central squares and very close to the romantic Petite France. It is also located 10 min walk from the main train station. Altogether, I have stayed in this hotel twice and in both cases was most happy. |

The patio at the Hannong was a great place to relax. The staff was very friendly and the free internet service was a major selling point. The location was ideal because it was located near Cathedral de Notre Dame and Petite France. |

Standard room design. Location. Extremely quiet. "Most" receptionists were extremely nice and helpfull. Brekfast was OK. Very thin curtains that do not block sunlight. No soap bars at bathroom. |

Very central location. Generalcondition of hotel was good. The rroms without elevator are very good but some people may get trouble glimbing up the strairs. |

The gentleman on the desk was very informative and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. Great central location. no water in room, no stocked mini bar. The air con was not working, we arrived during a mini heatwave and needed to open the windows and it was v noisy outside. |

Very pleasant hotel, right in the center of the city. Interesting architecture. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Comfortable bath and nice furniture. Breakfast was excellent. Best place to start for sightseeing and shopping. |

Central location, good value for money, beautiful old building, rich breakfast (for french standards), helpful and polite staff. We got a free upgrade from a "Superior" to a "DeLuxe" room. The old building could benefit from a more thorough renovation. Particularly soundproofing between the rooms is weak. On the website photos, the hotel looks in a better shape than it actually is. |

The staff was more than helpful! Two people at the front desk both went above and beyond to help us find a vegetarian friendly restaurant, and recommended great places. |

Quiet street and inside spaces The "standard room" was outrageously small and cold. Outdated windows and blinds, no fridge , no shower cap and shampoo - I wonder how could it be rated as a 3* hotel. |

The room was to light at night unfortunatly the christmas lights were flashing outside the bedroom window until midnight, heavier curtains would have cut out most of the excess light. I will not be using this hotel again. |
