The only thing that me and my group liked was the hotel's location - on the hub of Paris. The staff and the service were miserable - the rooms were even dirtier after the chambermaids invasion. I found some crubs in my bed after the "cleaning", our pyjamas were thrown down on the floor and the preparations use for the cleaning were extreamly smelly - my room-mate got asthma paroxysm. |

The hotel is located in the business district, close to many attractions of the city, good location for transport links The hotel is old and in need of repair. On arrival at the hotel we were denied the accommodation, although the room was fully paid for six nights. The issue was solved in two hours. |

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood; comfortable, adequate room; in-room coffee and updated clean bathroom; front desk staff helpful and willing; very adequate breakfast, though overpriced. overpriced for its virtual lack of any amenities; advertised lobby Internet/computer not working and very high priced; AC in 1 of 2 rooms not working and remained unrepaired during 4-day stay; bed linens were in disrepair/worn/torn. |

Location was good. The staff are hopeless at this hotel. Unless you're a local forget it. My partner and I had an early departure and were advised that breakfast started at 6.30am. We were ready to check-out and eat at 6.45am only to be greeted by the hotel attended who was in a deep slumber WITH his pants undone. Charming. He told us, sleepy eyed, that breakfast started at 7am. |

I like its location, it is perfect! about 15 minutes by foot from champs Elysee, 15' from obelisk, 5' from miromensil metro station. And if you want to take taxi you can go to Louvre or Eiffel in about 10!!! Also all the ministers are around the hotel and you feel safety.... its room (very small), the w.c was small too and you have to be careful in the bathroom because if you want to take a shower you must not put pressure on the water because then you will feel like be in a lake... they should have a curtain or something like this!!! |

Une chambre très spacieuse, personnelle très sympathique et une très bonne consigne pour les bagages. Petit déjeuner lamentable pour la France. Pays de la bonne baguette, triste d'avoir des petits pains pré-cuits. |

Gute Lage. Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Zimmer klein aber für eine Städtereise ausreichend. Frühstück nicht probiert, da wir immer in einer Boulangerie gefrühstückt haben. Fazit: Hotelzimmer nicht weltklasse aber für eine Städtereise völlig ausreichend. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer und Bad etwas klein. Alles auf kleinem Raum gebaut, auch Treppenhaus, etc. |

Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, puhuivat englantia. Erinomainen huone, saimme tilavan huoneen ylimmästä kerroksesta, josta näkyi Eiffel-torni! Ilmastointi oli hyvä. Aamiainen oli hyvä. |

No primeiro dia, o quarto tinha era apertado, o ar condicionado não funcionava e era sujo. No segundo dia nos trocaram de quarto e melhorou. Mas de maneira geral o hotel frustou as minhas expectativas. |

La convivialité et la qualité relationnelle du personnel. Le service de bagagerie le dernier jour. Pas de fruits frais au buffet du petit déjeuner. Le bruit le matin venant de la rue. L'offre sur internet faisiat état de matériel pour repasser mais absent dans la chambre. Pas de petit frigidaire dans la chambre. |
