Breakfast was included in the price and it was quite good. The location of the hotel, it's near train stations, subways, and our room had view to Sacré Couer. Air conditioner, new mattresses, and new bathrooms. |

Clean bathroom and warm shower. Reception open 24h. TV in room, but no remote control, also all buttons missing in tv. Noisy, if room in street side. Breakfast poor: two mornings no tea. Every morning a battle to get full breakfast, otherwise you get no coffee, tea, youghurt, eggs or cheese. It should not be like this because you pay 8,50€ of it. |

Good price. Friendly staff. Cleaness. Location No AC (but friendly advised how to stay cooled by staff). Rooms by the street are noisy of traffic. |

probably the location although it is a good 10 minutes walk from Gare Du Nord The room has bed bugs, smells bad and the bath room does not look clean. The worst is there is no air conditioning at all. |

The only thing I like about this hotel is the van shuttle that picks you up right in front of its front doors non-stop to the airport - of course with the price of 16 Euro I do not like any thing about this hotel. The service staff is not friendly. The very small room smells horrible with cheap furniture and has no air conditioning. No hair dryer - you have to rent it at the reception desk for 10 Euro deposit. Breakfast contains mainly breads, pastries, orange juice and coffee. |

Good location, close to one of the biggest metro and train stations of the city. Not the most beautiful part of Paris, but functional. The noisev of the trains doesn't bother if you mantain the windows closed. The room had been recently refurbished. There was a strong smell of paint and the unfriendly girl of the morning front desk refused to change our room. She said we could sleep with the window open, but it was quite freezing outside and we couldn´t sleep with the noise. |

I liked that it was close to Gare du Nord,I also liked that it was clean and basic somewaht small but how much room do you really need if you're only site seeing and using to sleep and shower. The onle thing I didn't like was that I had booked a doublebed and not a room with 2 twin beds side by side and had requested that the room was a smoking room and got neither, although I did not complain...life is too short,it was good that I was on ground level so if I was having anicotine fit I did not have far to go. |

The chap at the reception when we checked in as very helpful and welcoming.only saving grace for the awful hotel. The most digusting of the hotels I have ever stayed at.The room was so so disgusting, unclean.I had to run the hot water to sanitise the Bathroom. The fellow at the reception when we checked out in the morning was a moron to say the least.Dont stay here. |

Great location right next to train station. The rooms are fairly small. Our shower was broken and the head wouldn't stay upward. Was odd that the hotel didn't notice this when they cleaned the rooms. |

Just the location to the Nord station. Plus outside looks much more respectable than inside. Carpeting, furniture was extremely worn and old. Lack of any pride in the ownership of the hotel is readily apparent. A French *** hotel is like an American or Dutch * hotel. |

Great value and very convenient with regard to train stations. Being close to the train station means it can be quite noisy (would not recommend if you are a light sleeper). |

location Yes, they did not have a double room, despite the fact that I had booked one, and so my husband and I had to sleep in 2 separate single rooms, which was not ideal at all. |

Maybe it is because this is Paris and hence, everything is so expensive. I would say that this hotel has the lease value-for-money in all my booking throughout europe. Not that I am saying it is bad, but I guess Paris is an expensive city and hence it was below my expectations. Everything was ok, but just ok. |

I have a romantic enthusiasm for the view of railway tracks, and this enthusiasm was amply satisfied from my room window. |

Typical Parisian building located less than 5 minutes away from Gare du Nord, the hotel offers fully renovated and modern accommodation. |
Ιn the picturesque district of Pernety, behind the Montparnasse and a few minutes away from the heart of Paris, you will find our hotel. The hôtel Montparnasse Rive Gauche is a real village! |
The hotel benefits from a privileged location opposite Gare du Nord Eurostar-Thalys-TGV train station, and near many of the attractions and sites the French capital offers. |
The hotel is situated in a quiet street near Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est train stations, close to the department stores and theatres. |
