proximity to gare du nord
Location is good , close to metro station. Staff are very friendly and helpful . Cleaning is good . It definitely worths that price.
Internet is slow. There is no safety box and you need to rent a hairdrier
Location Cost walkable to Gare Du Nord and Gare del Est statons very friendly and helpful staff.
Shower room is not big enough
Convenient in case you miss your train. From there on, you can go to Les Halles for a nice stroll.
Nothing special in the direct neighbourhood, however the metros are nearby to take you anywhere.
Location...10min walk from Gare du Nord train station
Not enough lighting in the rooms
- Proximity to very big Metro and RER junction - Price - It is clean
- The rooms could be bigger. - One more table in the room or a night drawer could have been very useful.
The young girl behind the desk that was very helpful and wanted to make our stay a good one.
1. A bed that squeaked with just rolling over in bed. 2. In consistent wifi in the room. 3. Inconsistent water temperature in the shower. 4. The male working behind the reception desk was less than friendly or helpful. 5. Lack of security in the luggage storage area as the man behind the desk gave patrons a key to put their luggage in the room without his presence.
Proximity to du Nord railway station
Trying to find a place to have dinner. Not having tea or coffee making facilities.
The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and clean. The room is really tiny, but you get to feel the Parisian atmosphere. the location is very good, close to Gare de l'Est, there are nice restaurants close by, it is a good area. It is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Paris for a few days.
The room was very small and there was no water kettle or fridge, but that is OK for a couple of days.
Staff really helpfull
Area, rooms dated noise from other guests in the court yard
Location and staff
Snack bar, coffee and tea maker should be in the room.
Only the location was ok but there are other better hotels around
Staff not friendly and polite, room too small and unkept, bath room dirty. Iron health hazard. Too expensive for rubbish hotel like that.i have pictures if any one is interested. I can never stay there again
Location and free internet. Rooms clean and fair value for money
There was something that made a loud mechanical noise every 30 mins that woke me up... every 30 mins. I had a terrible nights sleep. Very uncomfortable pillows didn't help.
The staff were friendly
The housekeeper picked up my facial wash assuming I wold not return. She never placed it in the forgotten item section. That got me disappointed. Bad housekeeping!!
Room is clean, staff helpfull..
Luggage room downstairs..
The lady at the front desk was so lovely and helpful-particularly with directions on how to get places and where to buy what. The hotel was close to the train station as well and close to lots of bakeries and little shops
The room was very small-even for one person! And the I couldn't get the wifi to work on my computer-it kept saying there was an error and the page had to reload... The cleaners came into my room while I was still sleeping too (and then quickly apologised and ducked out) and the keys stop working before check out time so it took me a lifetime to make the two trips to get all my luggage down as I had to get it recalibrated or something at the front desk and there were lots of people checking out or checking in or needing something. Also I requested an early check-in but the hotel doesn't let anyone into the rooms until 2pm-no earlier. They have a baggage room which is awesome but you have to take your stuff down a flight of stairs-it was extremely hard to do that and bring it back up after with a lot of luggage and a heavy case (I had one bag that was 24kg!!). There wasn't anyone to help either...
Bed was clean, after a long city walk it does the job, no more no less
Location doesn't look too friendly, trains are heard loudly even with windows closed, bathroom too small and cumbersome, I don't see it as a 3 stars hotel
Horrible place. With unfriendly and rude staff. Very bad accommodation and lack of basic amenities. Broken toilets, no cleaning, rude staff unwilling to help.
good location, friendly staff
wifi only worked in the lobby. on the 4th floor we could not reach the internet at all
The breakfast was good and adequate, croissiants wonderful, the gentleman who was on the night staff was excellent and very helpful. The day staff was also excellent, they took care of us and were very helpful. The rooms were extremely clean although could use update on the carpets. The hotel is close to Gare du Nord (about two blocks away) and when we got there it was easy to get on the train, subway, Hop on Hop off Bus. There were plenty of restaurants around. It is a bit close to the tracks though so would ask for a room at the back facing the courtyard next time.
When we first arrived, we were given rooms on the main floor. They needed an update desperately. The bathroom had mold and the paper was falling down. The room was right on the ground and facing the outside. The area is not the greatest and the large windows did not have good curtains to close. They moved us up to the 5th floor the next day and that was extremely better.
poor sound insulation, simple and crude facility
i like the hotel location and the staff also very nice.
The Wi-Fi on the third floor is unstable and the signal is not strong. I have to go to lobby to on internet.
Friendly and helpful staff
Wifi does not work at all in rooms on upper floor. This should not be the case when the description claims "Wifi available in all areas".
