Timhotel Paris Clichy  

The staff were poor. My booking didn't seem to exist and I was told that was because the member of staff was brand new. Not good enough.

The bed was tiny, the hotel was very dated and the room wasn't very quiet. I repeat the the staff on the Friday night was totally incompetent. On an occasion when I returned to the hotel, my card, for whatever reason, didn't open the main hotel door. I was made to wait outside for at least 10 minutes ringing the door bell before finally another 2 residents arrived to let me in. I was offered no apology by the staff as if it was somehow my fault that they couldn't be bothered to be where they were paid to be - manning the desk. So amateurish and shockingly poor service.

There were some requirements I had outside the normal way of booking. Timhotel management made every effort to meet these needs, which made the administration side of booking from my side a lot easier. Sometimes it is the little things that count. One of my group accidentally left an item behind. Rather then waiting for us to notice Timhotel contacting me, and assisted to make sure the recovery of the item was as easy as possible. Thank you

+privat parking for car+very close to the metrostation+clean and new fashion rooms+friendly staff+very close to many restaurant in Clichy.

-the mattress cover didn't fit over the mattress, so it came off during the night, not very hygienic I think.

comfort rooms are perfect for weekend city break,the staff were very helpful/friendly .room facilities r excellant -kettle a godsend in morning for coffee especially if your not having breakfast in hotel. shower/bath facilities perfect,clean towels every day metro station just round the corner but when ur coming back to hotel,make sure u exit correct sortie or else u will think ur in a different area altogether-especially after a few sherrys

the small roads that run past the hotel can be noisey with traffic if u leave ur room windows open during nightsleep

Outside peripherique but close to metro. Good underground carpark 100 m from hotel - about 10€ per day- quiet - reasonable restaurants close by. Breakfast expensive but optional - suggest walk across road for a coffee and croissant.

Very close to metro, staff were very helpful, bed was very comfortable also. Clean and fresh towels each day.

Had to sit by the door to pick up the wifi so poor connection

метро буквально за углом, до центра ехать по прямой минут 10-15. удобно ехать в версаль, 20 минут на машине. довольно просторный номер.

жили втроём три дня. в первый день поменяли только два банных полотенца, на ресепшене сказали, что закончились. во второй день - одно и положили два маленьких.

Amenagement de la chambre

Chambre moderne, propre, salle de bains spacieuse. Hôtel situé dans une rue calme tout près du métro et des commerces. Hall d'entrée et accueillant. Salle de petit déjeuner propre et lumineuse.

Marches à monter ou descendre pour accéder à l'ascenseur. Manque d'insonorisation.

Personal

Grande Chambre. Belle Salle de Bains. Silencieux. Bien chauffé.

Les volets qu'on ne peut pas fermer. Mais les rideaux occultants jouent bien leur rôle.

manque de chauffage dans la salle de bain le matin glacial la poignée de la salle de bain était cassée en arrivant, je l'ai signalée tout de suite et trois jours après toujours rien , pas normal pour un 3 étoiles .

Le bruit dans les couloirs

De ligging is ideaal voor een Blitz bezoek aan Paris; dichtbij Ring Parijs, metro maar toch rustig gelegen. Super is de privé parking!
