The location of the hotel was useful and most of the staff were pleasant Some staff did not make the effort to sort out issues to do with rooms. |

Very helpful receptionists. Good breakfast. Nice restaurants within easy walkingdistance and the Jardin des Plantes. We could not turn the aircondition to the lowest. It blew too much onto the beds. When turning it off completely, one also turned the temperature off. Fortunately we didn't need any radioters thanks to the warm weather. |

Location is very nice, in front of Jardin des Plantes (lovely place for a moment to relax) and Quartier Latin just around the corner. Rooms with good airconditioning. Breakfast was also good. Rooms are a little small (specially the bathroom), but to me it was not important comparing to other facts. |

Great location, easy walking to Notre Damn and Saint Michel. Friendly hotel staff and good breakfast. Receptionist let me use the hotel computer to check-in for my flight and printed my boarding pass which was a great help. Not a big breakfast area, but didn't have to wait too long for a table. |

Nice location in Paris, confortable enough. The price is kind of high for a 2-star hotel, although Paris is much more expensive than most places in Europe. |

It is close to the Metro Station and easy to access to museums. Breakfast is very good and we requested 6 am to take breakfast in order to take eary tours. We are very pleased with very friendly staff at the hotel. |

The staff was very helpful and my facilities were very clean and pleasant. A good place to get an early morning run in before site seeing. Just a long block from the Seine and right across from the Jardin Des Plantes. |

1 metro stop from main CDG line. Location, quiet but 5 minutes from busy night life and tourist areas. Adjacent to Jardin de Plantes and Natural History Museum. |

The location couldn't be better, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel provided excellent value for money. Our room was very quiet, we couldn't hear people next door or the outside world which was very important for ensuring that we both slept very well on the three nights we were there. Jussieu metro station is just 2 mins down the road and then you are central in 10 mins, alternatively the Latin Quarter and St Germain du Pres are just a short walk away. There are great little cafes, bakeries and bistros if you don't want to wander too far from the hotel, and the Jardin des Plantes is a lovely place to have your morning croissant. There is nothing that I didn't like about the hotel, it is not luxury but you are not paying for luxury, you are paying for a quiet and clean place to sleep at night after trekking around Paris all day! |

Location - lovely area! Lots of international fooderies, quiet and near the botanical gardens which is great if you have children. Also the terrace with tables on the 5th floor which was near our room. Nobody else used it but we would buy croissants and take them up there in the morning. The smell of the lavender plants was lovely. |

Friendly staff, quiet room, great location across the street from a funky fountain and the entrance to the Jardin des Plantes. Hard to navigate narrow halls and elevator w/ baby gear. No iron on premises. Shower head was old and ultimately broke. |

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and quite I was not as confortable with the sitting for breakfast that I saw in the pictures. Also, it turn out to be a little out of the way from the center of things. |

It is situated in a very nice neighbourhood, not "touristic" at all. There should be more tables at the breakfast room. |

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel-although it seems to be in a less than lively night-life area, it is close to everything by subway or a cheap taxi ride. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There's wifi! and the hotel staff were all so helpful. There's also a cozy den downstairs from the concierge's office, which unfortunately I only discovered on my last night. |

location is great and breakfast is nice and the staff are friendly. Also, the room furnishings are pretty nice (better than I expected from a two star hotel). The main problem with the hotel I would say is the noisiness. But having looked at many reviews of other hotels, it sounds like this is a common issue in Paris. The walls are so thin and the rooms so small that it's impossible to keep sleeping after people start waking up in the morning at 7 or 8. Several times the doors opening and closing were so loud I thought they were in my room. |

Location of the hotel was really good and peaceful. Breakfast was brilliant and we made through with that long until afternoon! This hotel requested very well our hopes and requirements for three days city vacation. Paris is also a city where you usually spend most of your time somewhere else than in the hotel ;) |

The charming 2-star Hotel Maxim Quartier Latin was entirely renovated in the beginning of 2009 and features comfortable accommodation and a relaxing atmosphere. |
A short stroll from the River Seine, opposite the Gare d'Austerlitz train station, this 2-star hotel offers the elegant design and quality accommodation expected of a 3-star establishment. |
Located halfway between Jardin du Luxembourg and Le Panthéon, the hotel was renovated in 2008, and offers a quiet and cosy atmosphere in the heart of Paris. |
In the heart of the Quartier Latin, near Notre-Dame, la Sorbonne, le Panthéon, Saint-Louis island, Saint-Michel square and Saint-Germain boulevard, the Royal Cardinal offers you a simple and friendly... |
