Sound-proof walls filtered out the noise from my neighbors !!

Very limited space to get into the lift ! Very small room !! One backless seat for 2 persons !! Inefficient vent in the bathroom !! Horrible scene from the room window which unfortunately was interior one. Bad value for the paid money !! They took all the money upfront saying it was the hotel policy !!

Lovely stay, good advice from friendly staff, excellent neighbourhood and a great place to come 'home' to at the end of a wonderful Paris day.

The Air Condititioning wouldn't turn on. They said they would fix it, but never did. We wanted it at least for fan noise, because walls paper thin, so you could hear people clearly in other rooms, and you could hear doors squeak loudly when opened and closed(ever hear of wd- 40?). They never replenished the instant coffee for coffee maker; I had to go down each evening to ask, but they couldn't find it.

The staff, the comfortable beds the cleanliness, Internet access ,the vicinity And the price.

Very nice hotel, good location near botanical garden, clean quiet district, and not far from tourist attractions. Hotel rooms in Paris are usually very small, but this one was ok, with enough space.

The hotel is nicely located in a quiet area near Quartier Latin. Staff is friendly.

Tiny rooms. Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive (13 euro) but was ok.

Bedroom very clean, staff friendly, good location for Museum and University, close to Metro with easy connection to RER.

Although it might look very small, rooms are very comfortable and quite wide. Breakfast is satisfactory, non offering a wide buffet, but aiming at quality.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was basic but perfect for our purposes.

Would have preferred to have a safe in my room rather than in a room off reception. Only a very minor point though and I would defintely stay in this hotel again and recommend to others.

Location

My room was really little and has a windows going to a closed space. Arriving at 1 pm the staff said the room was not ready until 2 pm...but also when ready the room was not good cleaned. The second day we founded only the bed done...but the room was dirty as we left in the morning...the were a lot of garbage on the floor also. Really really bad service.

Location is the best thing of this hotel. In a quiet and safe community, easily reached by two subway stations, a supermarket nearby, surrounded by restaurants. Very convenient. We lived in Room 046, facing the street. View is nice. Noise is well insulated so no problem.

Room extremely small. (The pics on booking.com is way too PSed...) Only around 3 meter by 3. Too small for its price. Not even a place for me to unpack stuff from luggage. Inside the room it's always smelly, like those from wet clothes that never dry. The toilet is UNBELIEVABLY tiny. Very difficult to take a shower without any accident. The water temp. control of the shower SUCKs. (you turn it by 1 degree, the temp. may increase/decrease >5 degree randomly...). Also there is a ancient-style, weak hairdryer. The smallest lift in Europe we experienced. My wife, and I (we are slim asians), and our 1 medium luggage is the maximum. (but this seems to be the norm in Europe) I have taken its relative cheap price into account when I made all the evaluation. But still I would HARDLY recommend or come back to this hotel.

Friendly and helpful reception lady. Surprisingly enough we were given the room with the terrace (room 50) as we had requested in comments to the order. TV even had a Russian channel. The bed was very comfortable, there was a nice clean bathroom with a shower. Everything was very good.

There was a smell of detergent or some insect powder in the room. Apart from that everything was great.

المسجد الرئيسي بباريس يبعد عن الفندق بحوالي 3 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام. هناك أيضا مطعم حلال في الجزء الخلفي من المسجد. The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. For Muslims, the main Paris mosque is about 3 minutes walking distance. There is also a Halal restaurant in the back of the mosque.

The space is tight in the elevator and the corridors, but this is not a big deal.

Very tight corridors, lift. One night door was closed and had to wait 15 min for the reception in the cold; room smelly, first night we had mosquito and small bug in the bathroom

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and up to date. Location was excellent, close to the park, muesums and the train stations.

We had two double beds that were put together to form a larger bed but we would have preferred just on large bed but maybe something got lost in translation when we made the reservation (online).

The location was the best aspect of the hotel. After looking at all the other more touristy areas and also later staying a week in the marais area, this was definitely my favourite area because it had more of a local flavour and it was so close to the famour Rue Moffittard cafe strip and many more great things. We walked to the river, Louvre, St Germain blvd and much more. It is a quiet area where everything you need is on your doorstep: metro, fruit shop, grocer, patisseries. Highly recommend

great location 地点很好，离M7线地铁站不远，附近有小便利店和餐馆。 走到塞纳河也就20分钟的路程，但是房间总有股狗狗嘘嘘的味道，实在是不舒服，我第一天都没睡着，可是没有- 空余的房间了，没有办法换。 酒店的电梯很小。 其它都还好，网速OK.

the room is smelly, i guess the previous guest had a dog in the hotel room. I'm not anti-dog, but the room smells bad.

The staff were very helpful indeed - we arrived long before our check in but were able to leave our suitcases in a locked room while we walked around Paris. This was greatly appreciated.

Location!!! Service was not bad either. Rooms are big enough for a 3-star in Paris. Cleaning and towel change were everyday. There was a kettle and some tea and instant coffee.However, we noticed, that some rooms were smaller than ours. Our room had a nice view on the Botanical Garden too.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
