The free computer and printer in the hall are very helpful. Acceptable price for this size of the room. Small room. The location is a little bit tricky. Although it is close to m2, you have to change to other lines to go to the places of interests.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very very small room, didn't have anything to do with the internet photos. Also, didn't have space for any luggage. Bathroom needs refurbishing.

The hotel was located near to a metro station and the cemetry of pere lachaisse. It was not located near city centre, but the neighbourhood was calm and nice. The hotel was clean. The room was really small, and the walls where made of "cardboard". We also think we got a 1 personsroom, because when we arrived, theclady at the desk said our room was'nt ready. Then she looked up from her desk and said: here have this room. The bed was a large one personsbed. Would not recomend it, but if you dont mind small beds and thin walls, you're good tho go.

The hotel was great, I just would have liked to stay somwhere closer to things. We had to always take metro (good thing is that they have a stop at the corner), and would have liked to walk more in order to know the city better.

We had a room facing the courtyard which was quiet. The bathroom is new, with good shower and sink. There are 2 heaters in the room, which should keep it warm on cold days. Hotel is meters away from the metro, which makes it very convenient for getting around town. Plenty of bakery, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Perhaps it was during the Easter Weekend and nobody took away the old and new (unused) tiles after they renovated the bathroom. They were left outside our door and was not pleasant. When we returned to our room late at night, the carpet was wet (no idea why) and there was a bad/damp smell in the room through out the night. After we showered in the morning, the whole room fogged up and the window and door frames were dripping with water. Would be a plus if they install a hair-dryer in the bathroom.

The fact that the hotel is near station Avron was a good thing since we moved mostly through the subway. Also near the hotel there is o pattiserie were we took our breakfast and a brasery were we had our drinks when we waned to be around the hotel. The hotel is very very old and needs major remodeling. All I wanted was a clean, decent room (thankfully the towerls were clean) but the carpet was very dirty, the walls grey and when we had our bath, water was running on the floor from the bathtub. Also the doors were very noisy and every night we kept waking up from doors opeing and closing and of course our door was crunching every time we were opening it. Luckily we did not have any breakfast in the hotel because the room has nothing to do with the photo attached.

Clean rooms, nice people at the desk, few meters from the underground stop "Avron". Absolutely recommended considering the quality/price ratio.

We had a good time in Paris. The staff were friendly and their English was moderate to good. The location is out of the city centre but that makes is less touristy, cheaper and it's about 1 minute from a subway station. Buy a 10-pack of subway tickets and you're all set for Paris! The rooms, especially bathroom needed some updating, but it was clean.

The location was good(1 minute from metro station "Avron")which was really covenient. It was good value for money, always compared to prices in paris which are everywhere very high! The towles were changed every day,if you wanted to.I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a "budget"hotel in paris. The room and the bathroom looked a bit old and disused! We found a peanut on the carpet when we got in the room, which was not ours!

Good location. And easy access to metro line and supermarket. Free cafe and tea at the first day. And tea pot device is also useful. When I check-in in the first floor, it is quiet noisy and impossible to sleep. And we change the room to the up floor at the next day. One of the reception doesn't look so kindly to me and treated french people more friendly than foreigners.

The Staff were very polite helped us as we new very little french. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from Metro (RER) So this was great for us a we used it every day and was a lot cheaper than taxi's. It was a hour on metro from CDG Airport with only one change over swap this was great for us and would be great for families. The room was very clean & bed linen & towels were changed daily the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Would Definitely return!! :-) We did find the breakfast price was a little expensive so chose to eat out which was cheaper.

the Hotel staff were so polite, friendly and caring . the location was excellent having one metro station on each side with a few minutes walk. the room being located in the back yard viewing a small garden was so quiet and comforting. the area provided an easy access to all kind of shops with reasonable prices for our daily shopping. considering the lack of a proper system of air conditioning, any other time of the year could have left a quite differen impression . ( our experience in september was not bad) having a refrigerator in the room could have made everything perfect.

I was in Timhotel in September 2011. I was travelling with my 7 year old child to visit Disneyland. Location is very convinient for transportation to Disneyland (about 25-30 min). Hotel was very clean and towels were changed everyday. Hotel is within 2 mins walking distance of the nearest station of metro and 5 mins to RER. A lot of bars, restaurants and shops (incl. Auchan hypermarket) around the hotel. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday. We arrived at 10.00 a.m. The reception staff told us that we have to wait for our room until 2 p.m. We have left our baggage in special room. Tea and coffe were awful.

-the location: really close both metro lines 2 and 9 and a big Vélib (bicycles) station. Many bakeries and cafés around. -the staff: despite the comments I had read I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful (I spoke French to them so that might have made a difference). -the room: decent size rooms (might look small to some but most Parisian hotel rooms are much smaller). Clean. Rooms provided with tv, kettle, shower gel, towels, phone, wi-fi. -services: 24h reception is a big plus! Free internet in rooms and in the lobby. I often travel to Paris and I have tried many hotels in the past. This is by far the best in terms of quality/price. Will definitely use this hotel again. - Only one computer available in the lobby and internet a bit slow there. - No safe or hairdryer in the room.

Great disappointment! High price and very, very low quality! Very bad conditions. Old, dirty and very small rooms, with old and dirty tapestry, fusty and dirty carpets. I've got an allergy from insect bites since the first night we spent in the hotel. It stopped the day we left. We had to change the room due to unbearable conditions. We saw at least 2 bugs, one on the wall and one in the bed in the first room. Unfriendly personnel. Very good area though.
