The only positive point of the hotel was its location in the city. Parking is a nightmare and the hotel staff is unhelpful in this regard. The garage where we parked our car--the nearest place to park--was closed on the day of our departure (Sunday). It proved quite difficult to extract our car from the garage, and the hotel staff did almost nothing to help out. What is worse, is the fact that after the hotel staff learned of our garage problem, they duly noted that we were not the first people to have this problem leaving on Sunday. Since they knew of our departure day and the fact that we had a car--a warning would have been quite simple and proper. I do not recommend their breakfast at 10 euro / person. They don't have much, and it's definitely not worth the money.

Staff was nice, friendly & helpful. Location is accessible to everything . On our 1st night, we were given a very tiny room, too small that we didn't have room for our luggage. The next day, we were transferred to a bigger room at our request. Room was nice & we were comfortable for the next 2 nights that we spent there.

So quick and easy to catch train at Gare St Lazare as we used our base in Paris to visit tourist sites in Normandy ie Bayeux tapestry and Claude Monet's Giverny, as well as Versailles. Also great area for shops and cafes and not too far from central Paris. Good sized window which allowed lots of fresh air during hot summer days and evenings. Rooms and lift both fairly small, but location makes up for all that.

Great location, opposite St Lazare station On booking.com it says that it's three stars, while it is actually only two. Rooms are very small. The elevator was out of order on saturday evening and Sunday.

Location and price were great. Especially, being close to train station & subway, department stores for shopping makes it a preferred place to stay.

Location is great. The receptionist who check me in was very polite. Generally for that level of hotel, it was not bad. For those who are arriving for first time, the elevator is stopping behind the stairs, so there is not need to climb with the luggage. Noisy in the room, from the aircondition and from the neighbours rooms' doors, very close to my room door, as the corridor is very tiny. False Fire ararm switched on in the early morning. Elevator was not working when I checked out.

The room was surprisely nice with a nice king size bed for the price I paid ! We checked in very late and we were given a room with the view on the yard. However we didn't appreciate the works on the next building which was enough noisy to wake you up... :-(. The big plus is the direct access to the main avenue Boulevard Haussmann with the nicest mall of Paris ( Galleries Lafayette, Printemps... ) Ideal for a shopping week end and we enjoyed the direct access to the metro ! I really recommend this hotel and I will experience it once again. M.

Frendly stuff, clean room, free Wi-Fi in the rooms. There was no hairdryer in the room, they have only 15 hairdryers and you have to ask for in at the reception. It was noisy because the windows face to the main street.

They've got no maps of the city and couldn't give us any information about it. The location is not as good as you think (you do have to walk to reach the main attractions), the room is hot, smells bad and is quite dark. The computer was broken during our entire stay and we didn't see anyone interested in repairing it. The wi-fi is horrible in the room. We also asked them not to clean our bedroom but they did. The bathroom is odd. There is no frigobar neither hairdryer. The bed was supposed to be a double one... it wasn't. The walls are raelly thin so you will have a noisy sleep.

The location was very good. Only 1 minute from the metro station, St. Lazare. The room was made up clean every day. And the price was cheaper than around hotels. I thought it was good for short trip. When I have a few baggage, I will stay again. Because there were not enough space to open big suitcase. There was few space to open our baggage. The window view was almost no sky, only wall or faced hotel window. It's difficult to recognize the weather. I think it is good for short trip, a couple of days with small baggage.

The price and the service is in line with each other. The hotel is located opposite to St Lazare station/metro which is a great convinence for us. The lady at the reception was very nice and immediatly shift us in the bigger room. Lifts are very small and smelly. If u want the lift on the ground floor u have to call the reception. Breakfast is not included in room rate and cost arnd Euro 10 per person and it is not worth it. I will recommend instead of having the breakfast at the hotel, guest can go out for the breakfast. There are several places of food near the hotel including Halal food as well.
