Timhotel Opera Madeleine

Le camere confort che ci erano state assegnate all'inizio erano talmente anguste che si riusciva a salire sul letto solo dalla parte dei piedi! Una camera aveva la finestra che si affacciava su uno spazio buio dove erano allocati tutti gli scarichi. A seguito delle nostre proteste, ci sono state assegnate camere un po' più decenti, ma sempre con spazi limitati. L'hotel non sapeva che nella prenotazione erano state chieste camere confort con balcone.

Aldilà della felice ubicazione, peraltro ben nota, conoscendo bene la zona, niente di particolare.

Avevo prenotato una quadrupla, ma all' arrivo mi è stata comunicata l'indisponibilità di camere di tale tipologia. Ci sono state assegnate 2 doppie veramente molto anguste, con finestre su cortile interno veramente deprimente. Da notare che con noi hanno viaggiato degli amici, che avevano prenotato però direttamente con timhotel, sempre una quadrupla, ne hanno regolarmente usufruito, camera grande e con finestre su rue saint Lazaire

camere pulite, vicino alla fermata del Roissybus (navetta tra l'aeroporto e il centro città). Il Roissybus si ferma davati all'Operà, nel pieno centro di Parigi.

ascensore un po' lento

It is a central hotel. Nearby are metro and bus stations, many restaurants and any kind of shops. Also, wonderful buildings to visit like opera Garnier and church Madeleine.

Not enaugh space in the rooms.

We got a nice room with a view of the street.

The location was right in the middle of where we wanted to tour, and very handy to both the metro and Gare St. Lazare. Getting to Gare L'Est required a bit of a walk to the appropriate metro connection, but we were given good directions from the front desk.

We were there during September during unseasonably warm weather, and we unable to get the airconditioning to work. Even with the windows open, the room was warm at night.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a difficult situation and the staff were very understanding and accommodated my needs. Room was very clean and comfortable. Located next to the train station made it very easy to travel for sightseeing - most major sights were within 10-15mins by train. Restaurants close by were reasonably priced. Everyone I tell of my experience has requested the name of the hotel so they can stay at the TimHotel if/when in Paris. Many many thanks to the staff for being so nice and making my families stay in Paris a pleasure. I chose this hotel because of the reviews and I was not disappointed in the least - actually was pleasantly surprised!!

The showers were small but we managed.

it is very near to the underground station, not far from the Champs-Élysées street, most of the staff was very cooperative.
