Отличное место расположения отеля: исторический центр, в двух шагах станция метро, рядом вокзал. Очень четко работающие службы отеля: доброжелательные, профессиональные. В отеле есть русскоговорящий администратор, который с удовольствием помогает разобраться в бытовых деталях ( логистка, способы оплаты услуг, т.п.). Очень приличный завтрак по соотношению цена-качество. Отель идеально подходит для семейной пары, приехавшей познакомиться с Парижем и его достопримечательностями. |

location, the lady reception staff member working the evening shift on second day of our stay was very friendly, nice and helpful... one male reception staff member working the morning shift was unfriendly & cold attitude, room very small |

It is a central hotel. Nearby are metro and bus stations, many restaurants and any kind of shops. Also, wonderful buildings to visit like opera Garnier and church Madeleine. Not enaugh space in the rooms. |

The location was right in the middle of where we wanted to tour, and very handy to both the metro and Gare St. Lazare. Getting to Gare L'Est required a bit of a walk to the appropriate metro connection, but we were given good directions from the front desk. We were there during September during unseasonably warm weather, and we unable to get the airconditioning to work. Even with the windows open, the room was warm at night. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a difficult situation and the staff were very understanding and accommodated my needs. Room was very clean and comfortable. Located next to the train station made it very easy to travel for sightseeing - most major sights were within 10-15mins by train. Restaurants close by were reasonably priced. Everyone I tell of my experience has requested the name of the hotel so they can stay at the TimHotel if/when in Paris. Many many thanks to the staff for being so nice and making my families stay in Paris a pleasure. I chose this hotel because of the reviews and I was not disappointed in the least - actually was pleasantly surprised!! The showers were small but we managed. |

The location is excellent. Easy to move around to the city center. Small shower, 70x70 cm2. B'fast was limited, even though I did not take it. For 10euro, I chose to have it outside. |

Hotel close to the subway, and about ten mins. by walk to the department store. The room and the bathroom is small, specially the shower place is very small, I think this is the single room before. |

Hotel was great, brilliant location, right on metro and train. Lots of shops and caffees in the area. Hotel itself was very nice, actualy I was surprised how nice it was after reading bad reviews. Superior room was very clean and comfortable. Great value for money. |

The Timhotel was a very clean reasonable hotel. It was a good stay. When we first arrived the elelavtor was broken, but was fixed within a couple of hours. This is something that happens |
