The hotel was very close to the major sites while on a quiet street. About two blocks from the train station and had a very nice French restaurant on the corner of the hotel. The website showed nice rooms but it was not what we received upon arrival. Internet was great! We were assigned a room on the 6th floor. The elevator is not big enough for a regular sized suitcase, let alone 1 person. The stairs were very windy and practically pitch black. Our room was one that was at the top of the building/slant of the roof. The bed was situated right under that slant so you would hit your head no matter how much you tried not to. The bathroom was very narrow and small. I am 5'2 and 120 lbs and I had a hard time moving around in the shower. The bathroom soap is amazing though. There was no hair dryer as promised. The sheets were not clean as we found some sort of band-aid when we lifted the covers to get in. The coffee/tea pot was kind of left with water and was not clean. Breakfast not included. |

Cosy room with very comfortable bed, very clean bathroom (and quite spacious for Paris hotel), tasty breakfast, nice and English-speaking staff, good location (5 minutes from St.Lazare) Poor internet connection - they should change the provider. |

After staying at another 3* hotel in a different part of the city on this trip, I really appreciate Best Western. While the room is only slightly larger than the other hotel, the amenities are decidedly much better. Certainly what I would expect from a Best Western. |

Excellent location, with the choice of 2 metro stations round the corner. Rooms were small, but perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was a small buffet selection, but perfectly adequate for our needs. Reception staff were very slow and some of their english was difficult at best. |

The location near the city center, 2 minutes away from metro station 'Europe'. I had 2 different reservations in a row (double room for 3 days+single room for 1 day) and they allowed to stay in the same room for the 4 days. When arriving, apparently the hotel did not have my reservation, but they said they would get me a room anyway; at the end, after all they could find my reservation. |

Usually the hotel's main door is closed and you need to ring a bell for the receptionist to open it (even during the day); still then, I could find this door wide open during the night (for more than 1 time), without absolutely no one at the front desk! |

Location is quite good: near to the Opera and Lafeyette shopping centre, near to the metro. There was no bar. The staff hardly understand english. Pretty noisy street. Rooms are very small. |

Location - to the metro station Europe takes 3 min, to St. Lazare -7min. In booking.com is written that check-in is after 12:00. but I had to wait till 14:00. The staff was not very kind. |

Our room was excellent, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Liked how you had to buzz in at the front. There was one staff member in particular, who was not friendly to us. However the rest were amazing!!! |
