The front desk staff were lovely (day and night shifts). The room size was fine (others have commented that they were cramped. Yes, compared to us hotel rooms, European rooms are smaller, but how much space does one need?). The room was beautifully quiet and clean. The location cannot be beat. There are some nice little wine bars around the corner, and it's a quick walk to the Louvre. The shower door was a strange swinging door affair which only extended about a 1/2 way along the tub. I had to jam a towel between it and the edge of the tub to keep it from whapping me while I showered. A blowdryer would be expected in a hotel in this price range.

Very helpfull staff. Went out of their way to get us some urgent medical information for my wife. Always smiling. Great location on a quiet street but close to travel connections ( Metro, bus etc.) Lack of storage space in our room.

Camerele curate, personalul foarte amabil, micul dejun care costa 10 euro foarte bun. Hotelul este foarte aproape de Hale, chiar vis-a-vis de Primaria Arondismentului 2. Camera extrem de mica, iar cabina de dus superingusta. Dulapul pentru haine deasemnea foarte mic, nu exista nici un cuier in camera. Am umblat putin sa gasim hotelul in prima zi.

Понравилось отношение персонала. Несмотря на наше незнание французского и очень слабого анг. они очень старались нас понять. Поселили сразу, хотя время еще не было 14ч. Полотенца меняли и убирались в номере каждый день. Завтраки хоть и однообразные, но вкусные. Расположение удачное: до метро 5 мин., до Лувра 15 мин. В номере имелся электрический чайник и набор для чая, кофе. Номеру точно требуется ремонт. Обои грязноватые да и батареи требуется покраска. В номере не было фена. Еще было непонятно включен ли завтрак в стоимость номера, как потом мы выяснили, что за завтрак нужно платить дополнительно. Мы не нашли информацию в какое время завтрак и в один день придя к 10ч нам не хватило чистых стаканов и булочек.

отличное расположение - рядом с лувром. вайфай. прекрасный персонал - всегда готовы помочь. прямо на респешн можно купить билеты в диснейпарк - по-моему даже с небольшой скидкой. у нас был трехместный номер на 7м этаже - в номере был балкончик с видом на крыши парижа..

Chambre triple ridiculement petite. Salle de bain minuscule, Je voyage souvent et c'est la première fois que je suis obligé de m'asseoir sur les toilettes "de côté" tant l'espace avec la baignoire est petit :-)

La posizione è fantastica, lo staff molto efficiente e gentile, la camera era molto carina. Sono stati molto disponibili con gli orari di check in e check out anticipando il primo e tenendo I bagagli l'ultimo giorno.

Accueil très agréable .lla chambre était propre et spacieuse .en revanche meme au 3ème étage on entendait le bruit de la ville à cause du manque d'isolation (il y a un jour entre le mur et la fenêtre).Le prix était très correct pour l'emplacement (200 m du palais royal)et le petit déjeuner un peu cher (10 euros )mais copieux sympa l'encas dans la chambre Mettez un joint autour des fenetres car on aperçoit l'immeuble d'en face

Het was een kleinschalig hotel met vriendelijk personeel, een bescheiden ontbijt en vooral centraal gelegen. Met vrienden genoten van een leuk weekend en hebben hier uitstekend uit kunnen rusten. Bed prima, kamer schoon, wel klein. Douche erg krap als je niet de slankste bent. Kortom: prima voor een stedentrip! het hotel is niet een verblijf waarbij je op de kamer lekker gezellig bent...erg krap en aan achterzijde ronduit geen uitzicht.....

Lokace - velmi blízko na metro Palais Royal nebo 10 minut na RER Chatelet les Halles (linka B na letiště Charles de Gaulle), čistý, pěkný světlý pokoj, za rohem bageterie, za asi 15 min pěšky Opera, dalších 5 Galleries Lafayette + Printemps, strategická poloha uprostřed všech důležitých lokací, latinská čtvrť + Notre Damme cca 20-25 min volnou chůzí. Až se budete v noci vracet z latinský čtvrti, kupte si ovoce nebo pití na druhej den ještě kolem Chatelet, přímo kolem hotelu je krámků málo, je to luxusní čtvrť s kancelářemi a ministerstvy. 20 min od činžáku Jean Paul Belmonda (rue des St. Peres 9)

“The staff reception staff were helpful, pleasant and attentive and were more than willing to speak English. We greatly appreciated that as soon as we arrived, we were offered to have a shuttle bus to the airport arranged for our departure. Our room and bathroom were both spacious enough, and we were very pleased to have a bathtub (with shower over) - perfect for soaking away the tired travellers knees and feet.
