In a typical and quiet little street, looking out on the Seine and facing Notre-Dame Cathedral, stands the Hotel De Notre Dame, your next Paris residence. Guestrooms are elegant, cozy and refined.

The room was very clean and comfortable;the bed was comfortable too with good linen. The room felt spacious.and the decor was very good and modern. The toiletries were excellent as were the bathroom fittings. Good value as we had a good deal..
The new bathroom;no where to put many things ie damp washcloths, not enough light to put on makeup. The lighting in the bedroom was not good for reading and a general overall central light in the window area would have prevented this area from being so dark .when curtains were drawn.
Location, clean room, nice layout. Friendly desk.
Was undergoing some construction when we were there, the Internet was flaky.
Despite being told that the building work would be finished by 30 September 2014 it was still ongoing when we visited 9/10/14 to 12/10/14. There was nowhere other than our room to sit and meet friends or have a drink.
Location was excellent, easy walking distance to 2 metro lines. Lots of bars & restaurants within 5 minutes from hotel.
The room we were finally given was spottlesly clean and the beds were very confortable. The wifi was super fast.
I booked a executive room for a special occasion 585 euros for three nght o breakfast. We arrived to chaos in the reception all dust sheets and reception staff so unco-0perative. We were given a tiny tiny room you could not even walk around the bed or put your case down. I went and politly asked to be moved to an executive room and was told this tiny room was executive as it had been redecorated. In the end we were moved to room I had booked but what a hasstle. There was no help on the reception and on our final morning the water was off on our floor and we could not shower or use the loo. On my booking form it said that all work in reception would be finished end of September, this will never be finished by the end of October, what a disappointment this was and I will be sending a letter. Can I just add the manager was very matter of fact and patronising.
Good location - easy to find, metro next door, plenty of cafes nearby. Comfy clean room.
Hotel was being renovated so we couldn't check in til 4pm. Wifi didn't work on my phone.
Very bad experience at all.Under construction hotel with no reduced prices plus extra charges because of the fashion week,no bottle of water nor in the room nor in the reception. The receptionist suggest me to buy from the neighborgood(a hotel of almost 200 euros per night). Two weeks before the reservation i requested a third bed for 20 euros per night in the same room(double room).i called them twice to confirm plus sending an email to the hotel.Receptionists told me that everything was ok.At check in there was not a third bed in the room(they forgot it) and they charged me with an extra room for the first night.the other days they charged me 40 euros per night and not 20 euros as they had told me.(they said because of the fashion week).
1. seriously comfortable bed 2. nice quiet and convenient location
some staff very helpful but others really not Shower door leaked excessively onto bathroom and then bedroom floor
Location was very near great cafes and the hipper parts of Paris.
Staff was efficient, though they could have been warmer.
Staff Rooms Construction
I loved being so close to the Place Monge and Rue Mouffetard. The Metro was close by. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, some renovation was still going on when we stayed there.
Worst value for money of any hotel I have ever stayed in.
Location, room was clean, stuff specialy Laurie was very helpful.
Hotel still under renovation, so sometimes it was noisy and dusty But we were leaving in the morning and got back in the evening, so its much problem
Fire Alrm at 7.45am
Room Modern tidy, clean Staff very nice Location superb.
When i presented the boioking confirmation from Booking.com. he staff at the htoel had no information on our arrival or stay. It was lucky that they had a spare room for us to use. Hotel was in the process of a major refurbishment. This did not really effect our stay, but it woul have been nice to be told about it.
Building was under construction and it was not mentioned at booking.com or Best Western web page.
Clean, good value for money and good location
There were building works at going on at the time of our stay and it would have been nice if the staff had mentioned that there was scaffolding obstructing our view completely and that there would be builders wandering around on the scaffolding from early in the morning.
The rooms itself was tiny, two peoples suitcases was impossible to fit into the room. And the toilet/ bathroom was so wrong, I travelled with my boyfriend and I'm sorry the see through glass doors and slits where your could see into the toilet from the 2 feet away bed was uncomfortable, no one wants to take a twosie in front of their partner. We kept having to tell the other to 'step outside'. Not my idea of a relaxing time in Paris. For a newly renovated room they made the wrong decisions
very comfortable and quiet with aircon and Wi-Fi, building work nearly finished, but we never heard them
Liked the new room styling.
a bit cramped. small lift only for 2 people
Had requested low floor room got top floor. Got stuck in lift as it had broken down day before instead of getting it fixed they manually opened it
Location staff clean money
building under construction but no noise
good location, close to excellent restaurants and Metro
Hotel was being renovated - scaffolding all over the building and workmen around. would have been good to know this.
Some of the staff were outstanding whilst some were extremely unpleasant.
Despite a convenient location this hotel was extremely poor. Started with arrival at 15h00 to an unmade bed and debris strewn room. The room sizes were ridiculously small, the cost ridiculous. There was construction going on throughout our stay with debris everywhere. There is no restaurant and you are forced to resort to takeaways. The lift was continually breaking down forcing you to climb 6 flights of stairs after a tiring day sightseeing. Bed linen was not changed once in 8 days. The walls are so thin one can hear every conversation going on in the adjoining rooms which makes it very embarrassing for children. In short this is little more than an expensive B&B without the services.
