The rooms were perfect if you are a chicken

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower - about a 10 minute walk away. Excellent location with a metro station and many shops and bars only seconds from the front door. The room was fine - it was clean and modern. The bed was lovely. It was a small room but this was not an issue, the 2 of us were quite comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we were happy with the value for money this hotel offered and would have no problem with staying there again.

The staff, location, room and overall experience were all perfect! We only stayed 2 nights but have nothing bad to say about the hotel. Plenty of shops, cafe's and things to see and do all around the immediate area. Would recommend to anyone visiting Paris!

Near center Paris

Location. Very close from Eiffel Tour, about 10minutes walk and 7/8 metro stations from center (sorbonne). In 15minutes we get Ile de la Cité. It is clean which is very positive considering the French standard. The staff is very nice too.

We booked the cheapest room available in that weekend but when we get there was literal in the roof. To access the room we needed to get out by a door and the room was an attic, but nothing mentioned in the site. That wasn't a pleasant surprise.

Excellent service & help from Christina the Receptionis who spoke perfect English. Location great, right beside metro & shops, cafes etc.Very clean.

I can't say I disliked anything about the hotel. Ok the walls were paper thin but it didn't bother us as we were out all day as tourists do.It would have been good if there was basic tea/coffee making facilities but not a big problem

We had breakfast included in the price which was good value. The staff were pleasant and helpful

Our room ( room 11) was next to the lift and the top of the stairs (first floor} which led to reception, everytime people checked in or used the lift at night you would be woken up. Then in the mornings we could hear men doing renovation work right outside our door. this should of been explained at check in. The bathroom was very old and mould could be seen on the tiles, and the bathtub to stand in to have a shower had stains on it, dont know what they were, so we would stand on a towel in the shower everytime we had a shower.

We booked the hotel as we were making an evening visit to the tower. The room was very small, but fine for one night. The public areas were in need of some repair. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast which was included in the price, was nice and fresh, served in a dining room which was spotlessly clean. Lots of places to eat nearby, and felt a safe area to walk at night. Very good value for location and price.

Bit of a problem with the lift.

The staff was excellent, great attention and amability.

Location - short walk to Dupleix Metro stop

Asked for a double, got two twin beds that were more like cots. The pillows were terrible. There were no closets or drawers. You had to hang clothes on hangers that dangled from a piece of wood that was hammered into the wall. The shower was out and out dangerous. You had to step up two feet onto a tile surface and turn the corner to step down into a shower. We're in our late 50's, and have no issues, so could just about manage it, but anyone with a disability or on in years would not be able to use this shower. The room in general was tiny.

Shower door entry hit the toilet and was a very tight squeeze to get in the shower!

Location and staff.

The hotel which they recommend for car parking we had realy big problem.They charged the parking fee twice and the hotel management could not do anything about it.Only the person who works at the reception wanted to solve that problem but there was nothing he could do something about it.
