Location was good
Carpet, curtains washroom were very dirty
Location, Staff, Facilities
The room was a bit small...
Great location, good breakfast, excellent wifi, helpfull staff with very good english speaking
Rooms were a bit on the small side but if you're looking for something affordable and close to the Eiffel Tower and metro then this is the place for you. Excellent wifi and very helpful staff.
Rooms too small and breakfast did not include hot breakfast items like eggs, bacon, etc. Just pastries and continental option.
The hotel is not a 3-star hotel. It is very dirty everywhere: the rugs, the chairs, the elevator and worst -- the bathroom walls are black because of the mould. The toiletes are broken and full of black stains and bacteria. They were at works and there was no lobby. The room is ugly and very dirty. There are no toiletes products. Bad smells from the fish shop by the corner makes you more unhappy. The staff is bad and lies to the clients and the director is a liar who does not acknowledge his faults. To my complaint he said that the hotel is clean. I have it all documented in pictures. I will sue the hotel and booking.com for publishing such a bad hotel. My worst experience. They ruined my Christmas.
The room was very small, and the bathroom even smaller could barely move around in the room.
- located near Dupleix Metro - easy access to major tourist attractions - warm and friendly staff - staff provides suggestions and arrangement of travel - modern furniture and clean bath - economical tariff - coffee service round the clock - good wifi connection
- really small rooms
Almost everything. When I book a hotel for € 99, then I do not expect a lot. But this Timhotel - at least room 37-is not worth € 50. No clue who gave this place 3 stars. Probably this place has not seen any renovation for 25 years. Mold on the walls in the bathroom, a dirty shower head, a broken bathtub, Sockets at the desk which did not work - really bad. The coffee maker then also does not make a difference. This is a very old place I cannot recommend at all! Reading other comments I thought these people must have stayed in a different hotel - or the rooms are very different!
Wery small room
Location and Hotel simply pretty good! just 5 min walking to Eiffel Tour and 1 min to Metro station.
No internet conection in the room. in the 3rd floor.
Location was good. Obviously paid for location rather than quality of hotel. Quiet, little traffic noise. Breakfast was good.
Twin room was very very small. Bathroom was even smaller, couldn't sit on the loo with door closed as knees didn't fit! Everything in bathroom was always damp as it was so small and no door on shower. High step down from tiled shower ledge to floor which was very slippery when wet. Carpets were filthy. Lots of mould in the bathroom.
Facilities - wifi network very bad, breakfast too expensive, room is too small and expensive.
The hotel was situated in a reasonably good area, close to many restaurants, bakeries, crêperies, and a supermarket. The room was a reasonable size, the bed was comfortable and was a great place to retire at the end of a day of sightseeing.
The wifi was a bit flakey, and was unavailable for a good part of one of the days we stayed. Some construction work was being carried out the floor below us one of the days, but if you have to do it, you have to do it. Most of the staff - with exception to the man who checked us out - didn't speak English very well.
Clean and good breakfast
Old and small rooms
Toilets were big
Excellent location for restaurants and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Nice continental breakfast. Bath and shower.
Lift only just fitted two people with back packs, so tiny. OK if not got suitcases.
far too expensive for what we got, rooms are too small for the price we paid
10 minutes by walk to eiffel tower.. near to some restaurants
very small room and small bathroom for double bedroom. you can also find hotel 5 minutes walk to eiffel tower with same price but room not too small same as at timhotel
Everything was perfect. Near to metro and RER and Tour Eiffel within 5 minutes on foot :) Bakery is at the corner, so we hadn't breakfast. Elevator, room and bathroom are small, but it is normal in Paris :) We spent excellent time, next time will reserve here again.
Great Location; 10 min walk to Eiffel Tower and City Bus Tours Helpful Staff.
Rooms small but location and helpful staff makes up for it.
It was a 5 minute walk to the eiffel tower which was great. Friendly staff who helped with all our needs. More than decent breakfast which is needed when on holiday.
Small room. Double room is defined as 2 single beds together.
Area is really nice Full of restaurants and service Eiffel Tower is at walking distance (15 min)
Elevator not appropriate Bathroom could have a better design. The shower door did not open more than 30' degrees. i could barely fit and I am not an heavy weight. Early check in denied despite i had confirmation the previous day
The location is great really near to the metro station.
The room is really small
Our room was really great.(6F) We could see tour-eiffel from our room. Their service was good also.
Elevator is too small.
The hotel is on a metro line and the Eiffel Tower is less than a 15 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance.
