Very poor room. When any neighbor room uses toilet or shut the door, it creates a lot of sound in my room. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody and would never stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, almost 50m from the subway. The employees of the hotel were very nice, in special Cristina. She treats every guest with tenderness and she is very concerned to give him/her the best tips from Paris. In the next trip to Paris, we will stay again in this hotel. As almost every economic hotel in Paris, the room was very small, specially from tourists that came from a long trip and have many luggages.

The location of the hotel was very ideal. Just 5 minutes walk from the Dupleix metro station ( Line 6) it was easily reachable. Above all, Effiel - symbol of Paris situated within a walkable distance, adds an added advantage to it. Cleaniness of the room , friendly attitude of the hotel staffs are some other plus point of the hotel. Also for fooding - we have supermarkets around 100 meters of the hotel and also resturants which will also help us to plan for fooding.

I have stayed there before, the staff are fantastic! They have a great team and they always go out of their way to help. The location is ideal too, only a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and the metro station is literally around the corner. Many little brasseries nearby and on Sunday morning, a proper Paris market!

Great location, next to Dupleix metro station. Few small supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walking distance, also cafes, subway, even McDonalds if someone needs it. Bvd de Grenelle Sunday market (8am-2pm), mainly food and some clothes, its not for tourists really, but nice Sunday morning walk through the market. Sound insulation in the rooms aint perfect, but there are only 4-5 rooms per floor, so at least in 6th floor (top floor) it wasnt a problem for us, although it depends the neighbours of course. Smallest elevator I have ever seen, but it still beats the walking up to the 6th floor :) We got toilet smell in our room, when someone flushes the toilet, I guess some ventilation outlet was close to our room, as we were on the roof level, not a huge issue, but you can smell it for few minutes twice a day or so. I would still stay this place again, without a problem.

The elevator could easily win the Guinness record for being the smallest in the world... Wasn't really a problem though since our room was on the first floor.

View of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Having to go outside onto balcony to get our room. But it did make us feel very private, had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower off the balcony.

Near metro, and easy to find. Breakfast is very good. Elevator. Room is clean. Anyway, it is a good choice on the whole Hair dryer gets hot and stops working after 2 minutes' working. Tiny rooms.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, on the day of our departure, 7:00 am, breakfast was served at 6:30 Located near the metro station "Duplex," and about 500 meters from the Eiffel Tower, But the big difference for us was Cristina, a friendly hotel staff, .she is Chilean but she speaks Portuguese. She help us with places to eat nearby and giving information about tourism places

Location, very clean room, good & cheap breakfast. Tiny rooms, very small for travellers with big baggage. Construction works in the lobby. Lack of cattle, tea/coffee (on timhotel website there is written about availability of this facilities) in the room.

We had breakfast included in the price which was good value. The staff were pleasant and helpful Our room ( room 11) was next to the lift and the top of the stairs (first floor} which led to reception, everytime people checked in or used the lift at night you would be woken up. Then in the mornings we could hear men doing renovation work right outside our door. this should of been explained at check in. The bathroom was very old and mould could be seen on the tiles, and the bathtub to stand in to have a shower had stains on it, dont know what they were, so we would stand on a towel in the shower everytime we had a shower.

The location was perfect, near to Metro and tour Eiffel. Also many services were available for reservation at the reception desk The room was very small. Not comfortable at all for longer stays. Corridors and the lift were too small as well.

We booked the hotel as we were making an evening visit to the tower. The room was very small, but fine for one night. The public areas were in need of some repair. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast which was included in the price, was nice and fresh, served in a dining room which was spotlessly clean. Lots of places to eat nearby, and felt a safe area to walk at night. Very good value for location and price. Bit of a problem with the lift.

Location - short walk to Dupleix Metro stop Asked for a double, got two twin beds that were more like cots. The pillows were terrible. There were no closets or drawers. You had to hang clothes on hangers that dangled from a piece of wood that was hammered into the wall. The shower was out and out dangerous. You had to step up two feet onto a tile surface and turn the corner to step down into a shower. We're in our late 50's, and have no issues, so could just about manage it, but anyone with a disability or on in years would not be able to use this shower. The room in general was tiny.

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower - about a 10 minute walk away. Excellent location with a metro station and many shops and bars only seconds from the front door. The room was fine - it was clean and modern. The bed was lovely. It was a small room but this was not an issue, the 2 of us were quite comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we were happy with the value for money this hotel offered and would have no problem with staying there again.

Location and staff. The hotel which they recommend for car parking we had realy big problem.They charged the parking fee twice and the hotel management could not do anything about it.Only the person who works at the reception wanted to solve that problem but there was nothing he could do something about it.

Location was excellent and easy close acces to metro and attractions. Small room problem arrival was quickly sorted out. Reception staff were very good and obliged byhelping with river cruise dinner booking. Would stay again Slightly noisy in hallways but acceptable
