Το προσωπικό μιλούσε Αγγλικά, κάτι ιδιαίτερα δυσεύρετο στο Παρίσι. Εξυπηρετικότατοι. Καθαριότητα δωματίου και κλιματισμός. Το δωμάτιο διέθετε ένα σώμα θέρμανσης αλ΄΄α για το καλοκαίρι το δωμάτιο δε διαθέτει κλιματισμό ψύξης. Επίσης το δωμάτιο είχε μονίμως μία ιδιαίτερη μυρωδια την οποία δεν μπορούσε να αποβάλουμε αερίζοντας το δωμάτιο επί ώρες... |

Ήταν οικονομικό, κοντά σε μετρό, αρκετα κοντά στο κέντρο. Να βάλουν ασανσέρ, να καθαρίζουν πιο σχολαστικά, να υπάρχει πρωινό -έστω προαιρετικό, να έχουν όλα τα δωμάτια τις ίδιες ανέσεις εφόσον χρεώνονται εξίσου. |

βρισκόταν κοντά σε στάση του μετρό και του RER. τα άτομα που διευθύνουν το ξενοδοχείο θα έπρεπε να μιλάνε αγγλικά και όχι μόνο γαλλικά.να προφέρει πρωινό στις παροχές του καθώς και να προσέξει την αποχέτευση του ξενοδοχείου γιατί υπήρχε μια έντονη μυρωδιά καθώς ανεβαίναμε τις σκάλες. |

1. I stayed in the room no. 9 for a couple of nights. It is a very small room, but clean and everything is relatively new (furniture, bathroom). 2. Good location. 1. The room was not ready after I received the key from the front desk, even though it was around 17:00 hors. 2. No restaurant. 3. Very narrow. |

Inexpensive yet close to a Paris Metro so you can get to the sights fairly easily. A wonderful bakery down the street. The staff were helpful in giving directions to places. Clean. Had a flat screen TV and internet service. No elevator. Had to walk up 4 flights of spiral staircase. Tough with suitcases so travel light. The room was small and the bed could have been firmer. The shower was a hand-held shower head rather than a fixed one from the wall. |

rate per night is quite cheap and ok now as it can be considered new dorm like accommodation than hotel, room is minute. some ppl smoke on the small alleyway and the smell goes thru the room. |

Hotel was terrible - located in some kind of emigrant district, receptionists spoke only french, walls were dirty, bathroom also. Seems that proprietary does not care about his hotel since opening - yes, the hotel was more or less new, furniture in good order, but nobody cares about cleanness. |

The localization is great. Very near the bus and metro station to city center. Not that it matters so much but, the TV service is very poor, might as well say, that the room does not offer tv. But if you just go to your room only to rest and sleep and then go see Paris this doesn't really matter. |

It was close to lots of cheap restaurants and amenities, which is great if you are on a strict budget. There was a supermarket close by. The room was clean and adequate for our needs. It turned out to be only €20 more expensive than a hostel so it was great value for money. |
