Clean room, serviced every day. Very good location as very close to two metro stations The bed was not very comfortable. |

Inexpensive yet close to a Paris Metro so you can get to the sights fairly easily. A wonderful bakery down the street. The staff were helpful in giving directions to places. Clean. Had a flat screen TV and internet service. No elevator. Had to walk up 4 flights of spiral staircase. Tough with suitcases so travel light. The room was small and the bed could have been firmer. The shower was a hand-held shower head rather than a fixed one from the wall. |

I liked the design and the space in the bathroom, the location near to the RER station and that my window looked to a quiet yard. The thin stairs to the upper levels |

rate per night is quite cheap and ok now as it can be considered new dorm like accommodation than hotel, room is minute. some ppl smoke on the small alleyway and the smell goes thru the room. |

Hotel was terrible - located in some kind of emigrant district, receptionists spoke only french, walls were dirty, bathroom also. Seems that proprietary does not care about his hotel since opening - yes, the hotel was more or less new, furniture in good order, but nobody cares about cleanness. |

The localization is great. Very near the bus and metro station to city center. Not that it matters so much but, the TV service is very poor, might as well say, that the room does not offer tv. But if you just go to your room only to rest and sleep and then go see Paris this doesn't really matter. |

It was close to lots of cheap restaurants and amenities, which is great if you are on a strict budget. There was a supermarket close by. The room was clean and adequate for our needs. It turned out to be only €20 more expensive than a hostel so it was great value for money. |

Very nice staff, really friendly and pleasant people. We came very late, they moved their car to give us free parking place just near the entrance. Good location and good price. |

staff was very friendly. made us feel welcome. the room looked newly decorated with some modern designs. quiet, as we had a room facing into the courtyard area which was pretty. bed was comfy and shower was good, but shower space was very small. had everything we needed and was worth what we paid thought the room is just big enough for the bed. no breakfast services. |

The staff was very helpfull. Nice people. The hotel was closeby a metro station and in a good area. Nice clean rooms. Chambers were cheap. So, in conclusion. A very good hotel with a very nice staff |

Everyday-cleanin the room, very pleasant people in hotel, everything was tiptop! The hotel is situated on the main street, at night is the street very noisy. Especialy in summer is necessity sleep with windows open. The street noise wake up you all night :-( When the window is closed, its OK! |

It was very close to the metro and in a quite nice part of town where it wasn't too busy. The noise inside the actual hotel was at a minimum Noise through the windows, bed was quite hard |

It is clean. Price is cheaper for hotels within the city. It isconvenient enough to the Metro. Room and toilet were small. |

We thought the room was very clean and the staff were nice and it was close to the metro. Water on the floor when we first entered, and two bulbs didn't work, but both quickly sorted. Pillows lumpy and only one and no waste bin in the room - one in toilet though. Only one bar of soap for two of us for four nights |

I thought the staff were really friendly & our room was lovely & clean. Some people might not like the street noise but I thought it was cool, there was a great atmosphere around the hotel. |

The location is quite good, near to both Brochant and Clichy stations. A lot of small cafes and restaurants around. Overall not to bad for this price. the room was quite small, just enough to locate double bed. The staff didn't put soap and shampoo. |
