Tingis Hôtel

最低限必要な事はそろっているし、メトロ駅もバス停も近いし水等ちょっとした買い物も近場でできるので便利- 。部屋も清潔。フロントも感じが良い。インターネットもちゃんとつながる。モンマルトルやサクレクールに近- い。朝食はないがすぐ近くにカフェもあるし、お薦めされたパン屋さんのクロワッサンは絶品。

朝ご飯がないので自分で何か買い置きしたかったが、冷蔵庫がなくちょっと残念だった。パリの夏はけっこう暑- く、部屋にACもファンも無いので窓を開けるしか涼を取る方法がないのに、すぐ側を走っている道路がうるさ- かった。交通量が結構有る道路に加え、外で夕涼みをする人がホテル下のパーキングに集まったりしてさらにう- るさかった。夏場で道路沿いの部屋にあたった場合は、言ったら変更してくれるそうなので交渉する価値はある- （私は毎晩歩き疲れてもうどうでもよくなったが）。しかし最終的には値段を考慮するとOKだと思う。

we had our room in the street, but with the windows closed you couldn't hear the noise

Inexpensive yet close to a Paris Metro so you can get to the sights fairly easily. A wonderful bakery down the street. The staff were helpful in giving directions to places. Clean. Had a flat screen TV and internet service.

No elevator. Had to walk up 4 flights of spiral staircase. Tough with suitcases so travel light. The room was small and the bed could have been firmer. The shower was a hand-held shower head rather than a fixed one from the wall.

rate per night is quite cheap and ok now as it can be considered new

dorm like accommodation than hotel, room is minute. some ppl smoke on the small alleyway and the smell goes thru the room.

It was close to lots of cheap restaurants and amenities, which is great if you are on a strict budget. There was a supermarket close by. The room was clean and adequate for our needs. It turned out to be only €20 more expensive than a hostel so it was great value for money.

The hotel was near a subway station.

staff was very friendly. made us feel welcome. the room looked newly decorated with some modern designs. quiet, as we had a room facing into the courtyard area which was pretty. bed was comfy and shower was good, but shower space was very small.

had everything we needed and was worth what we paid thought the room is just big enough for the bed. no breakfast services.

The staff was very helpfull. Nice people. The hotel was closeby a metro station and in a good area. Nice clean rooms. Chambers were cheap. So, in conclusion. A very good hotel with a very nice staff
