The location was fantastic and the rooms were just right. Not luxury but who goes to Paris to spend all there time in a hotel room? Really happy and will stay again. Propper bar upstairs would be good and something in the mini bar? |

I was lucky, I asked for a single comfort room and I got a triple room ! The hotel was empty. The room was ok but the bathroom really small and old. Personnel was ok but actually not really helpfull. |

close to a metro station, shopping area are the center first room i was given had bed bugs in pillows and i was bit! the room was tiny even for one person, i could not stand straight in the shower, and i am a 1.60m female. after i asked to change the room, i was given a larger one without bed bugs but with no working air conditioning either. it was 30C in paris at the time of my stay so i had to sleep with my windows facing rue de lafayette open - it was extremely noisy! the internet machine has not been working for all 3 days of my stay. i notified the reception 3 times but they did not seem very interested. the reception staff was generally unhelpful. the cleanliness of rooms has a lot to be desired. expected much more from a tulip in chain hotel - it was a big disappointment |

Location near 2 metros. Able to go anywhere in Paris due to the close transportation. The fact that the staff advised yes there is air conditioning in your room but no it does not work |

The neighborhood, the proximity of Metro and Boulevard Lavayette The bed though large was very uncomfortable and the manifest presence of the springs leave mark on our backs The bathroom only tolerates 1 person at a time and must be in good shape; fats are not allowed! Too much power failures in 6 days (3 at least) |

Friendly staff, good location (2 metro stations are quite close), city's underground parking very close, 24/7 working elevator! :) no parking, small rooms and very small bathrooms :))) , no heating, WiFi was not properly configured (there were few wireless networks and all of them not working on 6th floor) |

the hotel is close to the metro link the staff were very rude at check out times, they were not very helpful at all when the time came to pay, especially a male member of staff. The hotel looks like somebody has done a particulary poor and untasteful job of renovating the hotel. As a property developer myself i was very unimpressed. |

The location was reaonably good, although it was a good walk to some of the city centre attractions the metro station (cadet) was only 2 minutes away but it wasnt one of the main lines so meant having to get 2 metro's for eiffel tower, etc... The bathroom was too small, you can touch the shower, sink, door and all 4 walls when you are inside it is extremely small. I did not expect the Ritz for £60 per night but expected alot better than that. The bed had a cigarette burn in the cover sheet and the carpet has lumps missing. The room was pretty shabby and I would certainly not reccommend it to anybody else. |

I liked the location. If you are looking at location and not a comfortable hotel, this will probably work for you. Wifi was not available. There appeared to be an older coin operated PC, but I don't believe it was working. It looked like it was about 20 years old. I understand that Wifi could be purchased from a 3rd party at an additional cost. |
