In a lively street in southwest Paris, this hotel is less than half a mile from Alésia Metro Station. It has a 24-hour front desk and offers soundproof accommodations with free, unlimited Wi-Fi...
Score from 929 reviews Good
The bed was too small for 2 people and the noises coming from other rooms are worse than the comments here. But its not a big deal given the price and the location. Just get tired from walking the whole day in Paris and you will not here a thing while asleep. This hotel is a very fair option.
- Really good and friendly staff! - Good Wi-Fi - Good location. Easy to travel around the town on foot and come back when metro is closed :)
- Sometimes it can be really noisy (thin walls: you can hear almost everything that happens around). Bad place for families with children i guess - Rooms are quite poor and simple (floor of my bathroom really needed repair), but for unfussy travellers thats ok
Very warm hospitality!Free WIFI
This is not a hotel, it is a run down motel. Tiny, dirty room, brick hard pillows, old blankets with holes, shower with a clogged drain. The hotel is located on a street that gets very noisy at night. So, if you are a light sleeper, forget about falling asleep until sunrise. I felt robbed paying so much money for such a bad stay.
Location was great; having access to city attractions; having nice cafes and resturants close to hotel
As the hotel was quite tiny, u could easily hear the voice of other rooms around!
Staff very friendly
Room very dated, ceiling tiles marked, shower curtain too dark
Lovely little place. Metro station and buses stop at the end of its cobbled narrow road. Only a few stops to the big attractions! Clean modern rooms. Very accomodatin, friendly staff ! Will stay there again some day !!!
That we could not stay longer !!
Small, but comfortable rooms. Nothing was really disturbing. We enjoyed staying there.
It could be at least a bit cheaper. I could here sounds from the neighbor rooms.
Location: rather near to Denfert-Rochereau (good connection to airport) and Montparnasse, quiet street, Sunday market nearby.
Bad soundproofing, shower without curb - all floor in toilet is wet afterwards, trash from the yard gets inside the room.
It was in a nice bohemian neighbourhood in a nice street. Helpful staff and very clean
Rather far from Paris Central. No wakeup call as requested.
Helpful, friendly staff; comfortable and very clean room and quiet in a lively neighborhood. A couple of blocks up the street from a pedestrian section with a great variety of restaurants and food stores. Also a few blocks from the Denfert-Rochereau RER & Metro stations.
Can't think of anything.
Its was the most expensive hotel during my entire visit to Europe. The only possitive is its location. Located at centered place, city easily accessible. Staff was not courteous, even they can not speak English. Wifi was very slow. Small old rooms. Not the value of money we paid.
Location is good
The fact that they charge the credit card a night in advance wirhout notice.
I liked the location and the street markets with the food and supermarket easy access. The staff were helpful polite and very friendly. I tried to rebook but they were booked out. I would stay there again, good value for money . Alicja Australia.
The location was perfect
Locaion, Location, Location. Rue Daguerre is AOK.
Bed a bit too hard.
- Nearby two Metro Stops, the direct train to the airport CDG - Shops and markets around - Silet backside of the road - Changing towels every day - Helpful employees - Price okay for what you get
- Everything looks old, need some repairs (shower, doors, water drops...) - Noisy doors of the rooms - Ground "bumpy" in the room^^
Location, nice sorroundings, direct links to the airports and very close to Gare Monparnasse so it's good both for visiting Paris or for a short stay being in transit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
Bed was really comfy, easy access to supermarkets and tube station with a selection of bars and restaurants on your front door or the next street!
Nothing to complain about considering the price
From the minute we arrived we felt welcome. Room was lovely, clean and very comfy. Had a fantastic weekend and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was optional, although we ventured out most mornings and ate lunch out instead. Highly recommended and would stay again!!
Breakfast was continental, however I understand it is traditional French, although more option would of been nice.
Near to main station, friendly and helpful staff
Bad sound proof, and the room without good maintenance, and not so clean.
The staff and the location.
- Bed and room was small
The location was good and the staff was very polite. It was a modest but clean place. The only problem was a sewage smell but the price made me tolerate it.
The plumbing issues.
The rooms are very modest but for the location and the price you pay I was more than happy with the accommodation for my short two day stay. Although the walks are long, I walked everywhere in Paris and thought the location were excellent.
It gets pretty noisy during the night and early hours of the morning so although it was ok for my two night stay I wouldn't recommend it for long stays unless your planning on late nights and drinking. More suited to group travellers than solo travellers.
