All... Good breakfast, Freda bref...
room is a bit dirty and it is an outdoor corridor.. no privacy
food and bars all around, breakfast had fresh bread and croissants from down the street, love Paris and a great location to be in, the best Fondue 100yds along street
With the changing of facilities it get the good score. It recommanded by me.
The gentleman in reception was wonderful. He went above and beyond to assist.
Free Wi-fi, nice and helpful staff, great location for nice restaurants and public transport.
It's a cardboard hotel: you can hear absolutely everything your neighbors do (from having sex to peeing to texting on FB). Poor insulation: there are gaps between doors and floor, so floor is really cold, you have to wear your shoes all the time. Very narrow bed with things that used to be pillows (now they are just pillowcase full of cotton balls).
Good location. Low price. Not very bad wi-fi Nice staff
Quite small room. It is OK for 2-3 days, but could be not very comfortable for longer stay
The room was way too small, with a double bed not even 130cm wide. At the beginning we thought it was a single room but there were no mistake. The room were built in a courtyard, in drywall, and you could hear everything was going on in the other room. I also found a couple of dirty towels. Terrible experience, even though I'm used to youth hostel and easy to adapt.
Location was good. Value for money nice environment
Need better pillows to sleep on.
The room was very warm, the bed was very comfortable, and they cleaned every day. The Wi-Fi signal was just perfect.
The staff did not speak English at all, there was only one plug to charge devices in the room. The label outside with the name of the hotel was almost invisible at night.
Shower drain requires a few maintenance
The Tipi is located in lovely area, not too crowded but buzzy, safe and clean. Superb market just down the street and plenty of places to eat and drink. The Metro is a 5 minute walk away and you can be in Central Paris within minutes. Alternatively, it is a pleasant walk via the Lumenbourg Gardens
No complaints at all
Cheap Good position Orly bus at 5 min walking
I stayed on friday night. On saturday morning I had to get up at 6 a.m., but a party just upon my room last until 3 a.m. (at least).. It wasn't really confortable to sleep with all that noise!!
The bed was too small for 2 people and the noises coming from other rooms are worse than the comments here. But its not a big deal given the price and the location. Just get tired from walking the whole day in Paris and you will not here a thing while asleep. This hotel is a very fair option.
- Really good and friendly staff! - Good Wi-Fi - Good location. Easy to travel around the town on foot and come back when metro is closed :)
- Sometimes it can be really noisy (thin walls: you can hear almost everything that happens around). Bad place for families with children i guess - Rooms are quite poor and simple (floor of my bathroom really needed repair), but for unfussy travellers thats ok
Very warm hospitality!Free WIFI
This is not a hotel, it is a run down motel. Tiny, dirty room, brick hard pillows, old blankets with holes, shower with a clogged drain. The hotel is located on a street that gets very noisy at night. So, if you are a light sleeper, forget about falling asleep until sunrise. I felt robbed paying so much money for such a bad stay.
Location was great; having access to city attractions; having nice cafes and resturants close to hotel
As the hotel was quite tiny, u could easily hear the voice of other rooms around!
Staff very friendly
Room very dated, ceiling tiles marked, shower curtain too dark
Lovely little place. Metro station and buses stop at the end of its cobbled narrow road. Only a few stops to the big attractions! Clean modern rooms. Very accomodatin, friendly staff ! Will stay there again some day !!!
That we could not stay longer !!
Small, but comfortable rooms. Nothing was really disturbing. We enjoyed staying there.
It could be at least a bit cheaper. I could here sounds from the neighbor rooms.
Location: rather near to Denfert-Rochereau (good connection to airport) and Montparnasse, quiet street, Sunday market nearby.
Bad soundproofing, shower without curb - all floor in toilet is wet afterwards, trash from the yard gets inside the room.
It was in a nice bohemian neighbourhood in a nice street. Helpful staff and very clean
Rather far from Paris Central. No wakeup call as requested.
Helpful, friendly staff; comfortable and very clean room and quiet in a lively neighborhood. A couple of blocks up the street from a pedestrian section with a great variety of restaurants and food stores. Also a few blocks from the Denfert-Rochereau RER & Metro stations.
Can't think of anything.
Its was the most expensive hotel during my entire visit to Europe. The only possitive is its location. Located at centered place, city easily accessible. Staff was not courteous, even they can not speak English. Wifi was very slow. Small old rooms. Not the value of money we paid.
