Was only there for two nights, but felt welcome. The location is fantastic!
The room was dirty, the safe was not bolted down and struggled to close, you could literally walk out with it. The cupboard was equal to a pigeons nest, pine wood with chicken wire! The toilets overflowed. On deciding to check out two hours after we checked in we were told we had to pay the full three nights! the picture of the hotel must be photo shoped! stay away
Very expensive compared to room size and hotel in general. I spent two other nights in other hotel in Paris which was much similar but almost half price.
very nice localization, small but good rooms, near to subway station
very expensive drinks in reception
Location is great.Louvre around the corner
Bathroom could do with an update.
Lovely hotel located a few minutes walk from the Louve! RER and Metro round the corner and plenty of shops close by. Accommodation was good, the hotel had the most fantastic pillows! Was difficult to get out of bed to go sight seeing. Overall perfect hotel for a weekend away.
I found the staff a little bit abrupt. Rooms could have been slightly bigger, but overall a lovely hotel.
Hotel in a great location, street can be somewhat noisy at night...night club nearby. Staff great , helpful and friendly.
Hotel could do with a facelift. Shabby but good.
Inner city, 200 m to Louvre museum
Old interior, renovation needed, loud rooms
Helpful staff. Not their fault that they have to run it!
Worn carpets, a lift that fits 1 person with 1 suitcase. Plastic surfaces with burns, cracks and broken spots. Broken lights and fittings. Overpriced, undermaintained and overrated. DON'T DO IT!
Great location for walkers. Nearby restaurants. Pleasant staff.
Very noisy at night due to adjacent clubs. Mold in bathroom around tub.
I have stayed in 8 hotels in Paris over the last 2 months and this was by far the worst value for money that I have stayed in. I was traveling for business and required internet in my room for work. The wifi did not work in my room and I therefore had to find somewhere else to work outside of it. Half way into my stay, I was moved but the hotel refused to accept accountability. The boss wouldn't speak to me regarding the issue (though I wrote twice), however a member of staff emailed saying he (the boss) "refuses any type of compensation for something you did not pay for" claiming that the wifi was 'free'. After pointing out that the service was financed by the customers regardless of whether or not it is advertised as free, I received no further communication. The hotel is of mediocre quality and the room i stayed in was poor - the mirror was broken, as was the drying rack in the bathroom. You couldn't fully open the door to the bathroom as the bed was in the way and on the other side you couldn't open the drawers (again due to the bed). All in all, a very poor value for money hotel.
I can not believe Booking.com has this hotel on their books. You need to inspect the hotel before you refer it to the public.
Taking the given quality of the hotel it's like a 2 star thing in Berlin that costs you 85 EUR - instead of the 260 EUR in Paris.
no wifi on 4 th floor v tired furnishings, couldnt close curtains, aircon didnt work massively overpriced for standard
Very good location.
Small rooms. Very old building and poor facilities. I think the hotel needs fundamental renovation.
The hotel is very well located, with excellent customer service.
noise coming from the street, pour break fast buffet.
the bath had very high sides making it difficult for my wife to get in and out.
Very close to metro station, Louvre museum, Rue de Riveri (main shopping street).
Photos on booking.com aren't realistic, hotel is in very bad shape, dirty....real price for that hotel is max 100 € / room. In Croatia that kind of hotel couldn't get licence for work.
Location is good, right between Louvre-Rivoli and Chatelet. Aircon a plus. Quiet as the room faced an inner courtyard.
Lift was not working. We need to bring our luggage up and down 5 flights by ourselves. Tub was not draining. Shower curtain was so dirty that it turned the shower water brown. I registered upon arrival but as I was being picked up by my airport limo service, the front desk told the driver that there was no such guest in their hotel. Go figure.
the hotel has very kind staffs. During my stay, I was ill. The lady told me I should buy which medicine and the location. She saved me much more money. Her opinion was excellent, and I was well the next day.
The space is very narrow.
location excellent and staff where friendly and helpful
the plac eis in need of refurbishment and facilities are very poor
Location was brilliant, walking distance to tourist sites and metro. Restaurants and shops close by.
Needs updating. Bathroom although not dirty needs refurb. Wifi very poor.
We loved our room, we were in 505 and it felt like we had our own little apartment.
The wifi was poor in our room.
the only good thing is location, close to RER and Metro station
- Facility is old - Room is not well-cleaned - Internet is not stable - Money been stolen in the room even i put it inside of my luggage :-(
