The bed was comfortable. The room is looking tired, wall paper is peeling, toilet paper holder and seat broken, and the bar frigde wasn't stocked properly. |

The hotel was well located and quiet at night time. It was also clean. The hotel claims to be a 4 * but definitely not by our standards. Everything was very basic & very old fashioned.They have a major problem with the plumbing as well as it was very noisy. |

Nothing really It was supposed to be refurbished not too long ago, but we found it grubby, old fasioned and dingy. There was no view and the parking was atrocious and the parking lot was even worse. It had very poor lighting that was on a timer and by the time you arrived at your car the lights went out - not the perfect place for one to feel secure, especially a female. In fact, we disliked it so much, we decided to spend the night somewhere else even though we had already paid for the Tonic. |

The location was really good for walks to the beach and around town. The room, although sparsely decorated and with lack of amenities, was rather large and therefore a nice size for a family. This is a 2-star hotel posing as a 4-star. Nothing about this hotel gives it the right to advertise it being a 4-star! This goes from the poor parking situation, lack of view (of office building and construction site . ..shades had to be drawn to keep people from looking in), no complimentary umbrellas (definitely something a 4-star should provide), extremely slow elevator (one only), the nail pulling it took to get shower gel, the lack of toilet paper and the 1960s t.v. which kept "zapping" out on us. To say the least I was extremely disappointed in the amenities and the lack of luxury a 4-star hotel should possess. The staff was friendly enough but it is hard to overcome when one expects a certain standard of luxury. We paid too much |

good location in the heart of Birritz centre. Great base to taking on the local surf. On arrival and being shown to my room I found that the room had not been cleaned since the previous gusest! this was checking in at 4pm! |

The location is excellent, very close to the beach although Biarritz's one-way system takes a bit of getting used to. We also liked the art deco styling on the outside of the hotel and the rooms we had were comfortable if not spacious. We booked this hotel because our first choices were fully booked and were perfectly happy with it. The parking charge (15 euros a day) was a bit steep although that is probably the normal for central Biarritz. |

the position,the free parking in their courtyard,the fact we had the roomview to the courtyard and it was very quiet unlike my parents room wich was very noisy(they had a street view room) the personnel from the breakfast were not efficiently |

the location of the hotel is fine, near to the beach and conveniently located near the shopping street and restaurants the room was on the top floor with a very small window no scenery anywhere, also the room was quite small |

Proximity to beach, town and bars - very conveniently located. Also very reasonable price 149 Euros for standard twin. Quiet room, clean and reasonably equipped. Staff were pleasant. |

Room was very comfortable. Location of Hotel was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant & Bar closed on Sundays and Mondays apart from overpriced breakfast service. Could not supply a travel adaptor. No English Language Channels on TV. This hotel should not be four star. Glad we did not have to pay the 435 Euro standard tariff for room |
